Its a budget friendly good hotel, if you're solo then its a good option rather then a hostel. Calm and nice location

Simple lovely place, the bungalows are comfy and cosy! The area is incredibly nice! Also good to work remote, fantastic scenery if you like peace and quiet. I LOVED IT! No hot water but that was mentioned beforehand.

If you didn't expect something from the full moon party, I suggest you stay in a hostel instead because the resort of the hotel mostly they will upgrade theirs price a lot expensive than usual, so this one is also expensive and not worth at all. Inside the room were full of dust and no housekeeping to clean your room each day.

Host doesnt look at you when you talk to them, rooms had nylon sheets as a blanket, very dated and unkempt all over the resort and a little bit out of the way.

Perfect position to attend the Full Moon Party without being disturbed by the crazy crowd.
Room was spacious and clean.
No other specific pro, but no cons neither.
They might improve the cleaning part while you are staying (you have to specifically ask for cleaning and new towels which it might be a bit annoying if you plan to stay longer than couple of days.

Location is easy to acces, close to the main road, just a few minutes to Head Rin Beach. The Bungalow was nice and alright!

My friend and I got a bungalow over here for New Year's Eve and we found out that he charged us an amount of money for each day and a special price, which was more than four times higher, for the New Year's Eve. So even though the place is okay, it is still a bit far from Haad rin itself and they behaved like crooks.

It's a garden there and the bungalows are in this gardern.

Each guest has his own little house. I've had it at the end of the garden.

The room it's kind of small, you have a king bed, a chair and a table.

The air condition it's a must in this kind of location.

In the room you can find just a soak so that can be kind of annoying.

They have a common area with a fridge, few plates and knifes and forks.

Also you can make a free coffe or a tea for free there.

Near the bungalow are two 7 eleven where you can buy what ever you want.

Also near by you can find the restaurant Planet Hollyfood that has tasty ceap thai food.

The Haad Rin beach (the sun rise beach) it's a 10 minutes walk.

Also you can acces the sunset beach it's also near by, 15 minutes walk.

Beautiful grounds, clean rooms, excellent location! The bungalows are very comfortable and clean. If you are like me, and are staying on Koh Phangan for a Full Moon Party, but might need refuge from the noise, this is the perfect place to stay. Haad Rin Beach is a mere 4 minute walk. Free wifi, coffee and tea, and if you wake up early enough there's some great bird watching in the court yard.

Clean and bug free King size bed rooms. Totally quite, even with all the bars and music near by. Super nice staff! Cheap!

It is located in haad rin where you can walk to 3 beaches and there are restaurants and 7 eleven nearby. Bungalows are nice. Only cold water in the shower so I recommend to take showers in the afternoon once it is heated by the sun. There is complimentary coffee and tea in the common area which is really good. We actually didn't have enough interaction with the staff, just when checking in and out. Internet was a bit weak in our bungalow but it worked.

Beautiful place with a Garden view from the Bungalow. Comfy Bed, soap is provided. A/c was working really good, just a little bit loud but i slept well netherless. Free waterbottle provided on check in. Towels are provided also. Beach is maybe a walk of 7-10 minutes away. Party music was not hearable in the bungalow, only outside but not that loud. I can recommend this place.

Quiet and private bungalows with very funny / friendly owner! Only 10minutes walk to center of Haad Rin.

There is a quite place during the day, most of the customers use to go outside or are sleeping because a party last night. During the nigth you can hear a little the music from the beach, but usually you can hear more the crickets or frogs around there. During the festival you must to reserve 5 days minimum

Rooms are basic having just a fan to keep you cool and no hot shower. However they were clean and the resort was peaceful. It's just a short walk into Haad Rin. Overall if you factor in the cheap price, I enjoyed my stay.

Nice private room from the outside, inside was all ugly. Nice owner tho and the beach is just walking distance. Fair experience

Nice bungalows and nice staff. Bedrooms for four people quite good, and big. Confortable for a couple of days.

Perfect place to stay if ever in Koh Phagnan especially if you come around Full Moon Party. The bungalows are about a 10 minute walk to the beach and which means you can worry less about the safety of the bungalows and people
Breaking in. You get what you pay for, but probably don't stay here if you're not about nature. Plenty of geckos in the rooms! Although I thought they were cute! And they eat mosquitos so they're actually very helpful!

My stay here was fairly short, but it made quite the impression on me. Stay here for the authentic Koh Phangan experience. Really nice owner, the place had all the amenities. Be warned though, there is no AC and bugs occasionally make their way inside the elevated villas. A little pricey compared to other options around haad rin, but it also didn't have a minimum 3 night stay. Loved the geckos though!
