Superpro Samui reviews
48 Good things: crossfit training is good and intense, with friendly trainers. I enjoyed the bjj class too.
Bad things: Customer service is terrible. The schedule is not correct and I would show up for classes that didn't exist, which is a pain because I planned my trip around training. The lady at the front desk was totally unhelpful and couldn't care less when I told her that the schedule was wrong. Facilities are good but quite dirty with spider webs and cobb webs everywhere and a dog running around the crossfit area. Both my friend and I got a skin infection in the first week (to be fair I don't know if that came from the gym or not). With improvements to customer service and cleanliness it could be nice. I recommend looking elsewhere.
I spent three great weeks training at Superpro CrossFit. Trainers Pai, Gap and Jarr were very attentive to form and really pushed me to my limits in every workout. I would recommend this gym to anyone wanting to challenge themselves whilst in Thailand
My favorite muay thai camp in Thailand. I’ve been there twice and I’m looking forward coming back asap. Great place and great people
I train all over Thailand where Superpro has to be one of the best! They push you hard and have great drills and technique. You have the option of going head to head in the ring if you wish to spar or just want to run drills and techniques. Classes are usually 20-30 people.
Awesome Crossfitbox / Gym. The coaches Marshall and Pai are awesome. They know what they are doing and helping each of their trainees to achieve the best results.
If you are looking for very nice equipment, lot of jokes and a family like training environment you found your right place.
On top I would recommend the Olympic Weightlifting classes that will improve your technique in the main lifts tremendously.
Drop-Ins are always welcome and will be valued as much as their regular members.
Only downside: you will never look as awesome as Marshall in his slides with socks on.
The trainers are awesome and the best would be private sessions. Training is awesome but if you spend more then a month you get a bit bored. Same training every week.
Entraînement de boxe thaï au top pour tous niveaux! Très bonne ambiance et ça fait un bien fou!
