Summer Luxury Beach Resort

It’s the perfect hotel on Koh Phangan. The staff is some of the best hotel staff i have ever encountered. Very professional.
The place looks gorgeous and is always sparkling clean.
Can’t recommend this place enough.

I think they need a better photographer as the pictures did not do it justice. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious with high ceilings and large windows. The service is great and everyone was very welcoming.

There are ants sometimes but there is not much that can be done about that. The road in is awful but it’s a mangrove reserve so I guess there is a reason they haven’t done much to fix it? WiFi was also pretty unreliable so would not stay here while working

All in all, great hotel. Would stay again

I stayed with my friend in this hotel for 4 nights in mid-September 2023: wonderful impressions!
The room is huge, the ceilings are high, there is a lot of air, the mattress on the bed is comfortable, two pillows = one thicker, the other thinner, you choose which is more comfortable Kettle, cups, tea, sugar, water, hygiene items = included in the price. There is a mini-fridge; filled with drinks and snacks, which you have to pay for at check-out if you use them.
The service staff is very nice and friendly We asked for a second blanket = they brought it right away) The remote control for the air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms = they also came within a few minutes, checked and replaced it.
There was cleaning every day, except that they missed the last day before departure, but we considered this quite reasonable.
In previous comments they complained about the shallow sea in front of the hotel: for children = the best) It is better if you have special slippers for walking in the sea: you can get scratched on the coral. If you go further from the shore, then after a strip of algae at the bottom there will be white sand and the water is clean and transparent: it’s very comfortable to soak there, like in a bath) You can also observe fish, sea cucumbers and other living creatures, since this is a nature conservation area)
There is a river flowing next to the hotel area and there are mangroves there!)
I haven’t tried the food in the restaurant, since fruits and vegetables from the store are enough for me, but the interiors are luxurious)
Overall: we enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

Positive: friendly staff, very attractive facility and nice rooms.

The following points bothered us:
Unfortunately, the sheets and towels were not always clean.
The breakfast consists of 4 variants which are very similar.

I stayed here already in April this year. The Service was much better then, the roomservice (cleaning) was better and i were used to have breakfast from the whole Breakfastmenu (i booked including breakfast both times). Now they want to charge, when you want something extra (when you Order a big muesli, you can not also get some eggs with Toast for example. You have to pay Extra then… so be careful now or book without breakfast. Breakfast outside the hotel is much better, cheaper and much more variously.

Beautiful and very new hotel.
The workers are very attentive and very friendly at all times.
The rooms are very large and very nice.
The pool is spectacular, and the restaurant is very good.
It could only improve the situation. To get around, we decided to rent a car, since to get anywhere you need transportation.

4 STAR HOTEL WANTING SO MUCH MONEY and NOT HAVING A PROPER STREET TO DRIVE ON. Spend your money to build a street

Not enough staff to give basic service to all the guests

Very nice staff. Just prepare for prices of food which are times 3 compared to the restaurants outside of the complex.
You can have them arrange transport for 100 baht/person from the pier.

Location: shady bars close to the resort at the road so maybe not the most pleasant at night

We checked out and the staff claimed we had used something from the minibar, which we had not. We had to argue several times before they dropped it.
We left our beach towel on a chair since we we going out for lunch on our last day (there were many beds available and few guests). When we came back the towels were gone and 'there were only new towels in the evening'. No solution like getting a room towel was possible.

All in all a very unpleasant experience. You pay quite a generous amount according to Thai standards, but the service is not accordingly.

Beautiful so worth the price we moved to a different hotel we had pre booked and came back because this is just so much nicer! Good food staff and rooms AMAZING

Internet is terrible bad. You need to log in again every 30 minutes. And in my friend's phone, it did not work at all internet during the full week. I was not able to work with my computer as well. They have a very bad unconventional and outdated system and reception was not willing to take my complaint and do anything about. Also, the resort is not taking care of other small details and is just money-oriented.

Every aspect of the stay was faultless, this is an extremely well-run operation.

The staff were tremendously helpful and friendly, they really make this place shine. Convenient on-site restaurant and massage spa were both excellent quality. Well maintained property, very nicely landscaped, with a terrific pool (+ poolside bar/dining service). Top notch daily breakfast. Reception staff happy to help with our ferry transfers and motorbike hire.

Wer es in Thailand etwas westlicher und moderner mag, ist hier genau richtig! Sehr schöne, große und gepflegte Zimmer! Die Anlage ist auch sehr schön gemacht! Sehr nettes Personal und wirklich eine spitzen Küche. Das Restaurant ist total liebevoll und gemütlich gestaltet. Rundum sehr empfehlenswert!

In one word: Paradise!

Es ist wirklich ausgezeichnet hier. Ein Ort zum Abschalten. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, das Badezimmer ist super!
Am besten war das Personal, zuvorkommend, freundlich, locker. Da das Hotel nicht sehr groß ist, kannte man das Personal schon nach einem Tag und umgekehrt!

Mit einem direkten Strandzugang wäre es echt perfekt!

We were in 5 stars hotel during our trip in Thailand. But 4star summer luxury was our best hotel. Great people Working there Mikael the guest relation amazing guy and also all others from restaurant to house Keeping great. Amazing breakfast und great prices for cocktails.

Very nice location, friendly staff. Food is good and location is central. Best part of season is very inexpensive.

This is a great hotel, nice and clean. I would like to thank all the staff and management. I will be visiting them again in the near future
