2Hands down one of the best rental services I’ve ever received in east Asia. Awesome bikes and really good prices. Pavel the owner is a great friendly guy and most importantly very trust worthy. If you’re lucky enough to find a bike with this agency since they are mostly booked then don’t even hesitate to rent from them. Highly recommended!
Not reliable company, you may StayWithoutCar/bike. In my situation it was a bike. I checked availability on their website (I did it about 7-10 days before my arrival on Samui), picked a bike and the dates I needed it and booked, after that they send an email with pending status and information that manager will contact me in next 24hrs. Well no one contacted me, so the day before my arrival I chased them on WhatsApp and telegram with the question if they have a bike for me. Their reply was pathetic: If no one contacted you this means we don't have a bike - they replied. What a miserable customer service. Be aware, don't trust availability on their website - it is useless.
