2Reasonably challenging. Quite a rough trail. You'll want some good shoes and bring plenty of water. It will take you about 3-4.5 hours to go up and down. Do it. It's healthy to exercise and challenge yourself. Half of my group took the other way down without any problems.

2 hours to go up, 1 hour and a half to go down
It took me about 4 hours in total.
Be sure to bring a large bottle of water, and at least sneakers are required for shoes. Sandals or sneakers are difficult haha
I saw a total of 2 teams on the way, and there are many paths I want to follow.
If you are going to hike, I recommend going to a place where a lot of people go, even if it is a little far away.
If you are going with your girlfriend, it can be a big crowd for the rest of the schedule, so you need to stay at the screening room
