Spinalgetic Breathwork @ Koh Phangan

In previous Rebirthing Breathwork sessions, I found it challenging to express my emotions. However, during a one-on-one Spinalgetic Breathwork session with Ebe, I discovered the incredible potency of combining Rebirthing with music and movement. In this particular session, my limiting belief that 'I am wrong and wasn't authentic' was completely dissolved. I had a profound realization that my authentic self is inherently free, and there is no such thing as wrong or false expression. Following this revelation, a multitude of suppressed emotions that I had held within for an extended period finally found the opportunity to be released.

Thank you, Ebe, for creating such a safe space and encouraging me to express myself fully. It was a very freeing experience, and I gained valuable insights from this wonderful experience.
