Poor service, uninterested in doing business. Will not sell you a ticket to Surat Thani with no explanations, customer are an inconvenience

Terrible service, I would say no service at all! Ferries are always late. I recommend to avoid at any cost!

Terrible service at the pier on Koh Samui, where we were waiting for the boat. Very unkind people, yelling on people where to sit (when there were no people waiting or standing).

I will just tell you about my experience with this company. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible service. I've bought two tickets from Samui island to Ao Nang with pick up including. The price was like a 600 THB per person. Evening before departure, I received an email from the company that they can't provide a pick up, they couldn't explain anything and just poorly said that they can't understand if I still need these tickets or i need my money back.
I had pay a hotel and tour in Ao Nang already and didn't want to change my plans so payed 500THB in the morning for transfer to ferry pier.
Bus was not bad, but nobody expected there would be a transfer to another bus in Krabi town.
I can't recommend this service due thats wasn't even so-so experience: (

Do not buy taxi tickets from the annoying women where you re confirm you're ticket it's overpriced. The boat ride was nice though

Wir haben über eine andere Firma Tickets gebucht. Damit gab es erhebliche Probleme. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns ohne Murren weitergeholfen und sehr viel rum telefoniert, sodass die Probleme, größtenteils, aus der Welt waren. So konnten wir unsere Reise fortsetzen. Diese Review bezieht sich ausschließt auf das Büro und nicht auf die Fähre usw!

Songserm is by far the worst company working around the islands. Be aware that the cheap price comes with a lot lack of pontuality, so never book a flight the same day you will travel with Songserm, because you will not get on time. I just lost a flight and I am sleeping at the airport for the night. My flight was 3 hours after the schedulled time to arrive at the airport with Songserm, so I thought was ok. The excuses from the company are always the same. Rough seas.but when you go onboard the sea is smooth like oil. Boats and buses are really old and unsafe.
Once you try to talk to them and explain that you might loose your flight, suddenly no one speaks english anymore. They boarded everyone on the bus, and I thought I would just made to the airport on time, but 50m after, they stoped and sent everyone out of the bus to buy food at their particular shop with abusive prices, and it passes almost 30 minutes there, even though we were already 2h late. And the excuse this time when I say I would definitely loose a flight, was: “you are the only one going to catch a flight. ” (almost saying: “so f.you”).
I should have payed a little more and had gone with Lomprayah.
