6If you see this review. I have been waiting to get in the ferry in the middle of the sun at 12: 38 for 30 minutes now.bad management system, not flexible. I am higly not recommend it.
Avoided this place like the plague. The incompetence and disarray are on a whole other level. They turned what should have been a 6 hour travel day into a 12 hour one.
Pretty well one of the most unorganized experiences of my travel. We switched boats busses and vans like 3 times. Always stopping. Everything late. Arrived at final destination 3 hours later than schedule. If you want to save yourself a headache just book with a different company. Or stick to just the ferry service.
Our boat to Samui was late. Consider it when planning to take connections
The seats on this ferry are absolutely crawling with bed bugs. If you use this company, sit outside.
I think these guys get a bad rep but the boat was right on time, arrived on time and the bus was also on time which is rare in Thailand. Great service. The men on the boat weren't super smiley but that doesn't matter.
