5 Our door didn't close to the room unless you applied a lot of force, so that was a bit annoying, you always woke everyone up trying to close it or open it.
The staff during the day was good, specially the Myanmar guy, but the staff during the night was terrible and didn't care at all.
New place and still working out some kinks. The pros- great prices, staff is friendly, bedrooms are comfortable. Hostel typical vibe. Great pool.
They are new and hence staff is new. I ordered one item and was delivered a completely different item and they said this is it. Took a while to get sorted, but they worked it out. The manager seems a little wound up and should probably practice discretion. Overall a good place and worth the price.
Would definitely recommend a stay here when visiting Koh Samui. Jim the manager has been fantastic at looking after us whilst we’ve been here, with great knowledge of the area and backpacking experience made our stay very comfortable.
The communal area and pool are great places to relax (especially in a storm).
The location is perfect with lots of great restaurants, 7 Eleven and the beach are a 2 minute walk away
We have extended a further 2 nights as we enjoyed our stay so much.
