Siggi spoke to me in his “office” in the water and after a bit of googling we found his ad. We had previously been to the Pig Island and a national park through our tour provider. The price for the Pig Island was perfectly fine but the national park was far too expensive. We went out with Siggi on the last day and what can I say? The rating is 100% correct Siggi has been living in Thailand for almost 28 years and really knows every spot! We got around so much, it was unbelievable, we took so many beautiful photos, it was unbelievable. I can only recommend everyone to travel the island with Siggi, he knows everything and everyone and can also organize trips with a boat cheaper and better. Thank you for your time and the exciting stories, it was really a pleasure getting to know you.

Siggi spoke to us in the sea at our hotel and made us curious about his tour. He had a couple from our hotel on a tour 2 days ago. We then asked them and they highly recommended the tour with Siggi. So we called Siggi and arranged a tour. He is extremely flexible about what the tour points should be and also has one or two places that you like to look at during the tour. It has restaurants where you can eat deliciously and inexpensively. Everything is possible, nothing is neccesary. So we can highly recommend the tour with Siggi! Petra and Regina

We heard from other hotel guests that Siggi offers private tours. We were able to find his cell phone number via Google and easily book a tour via WhatsApp. He picked us up at the hotel on time and the tour started immediately. During the car rides he told us a lot of interesting things about Koh Samui and answered all of our questions. He gave us as much time as we wanted for each spot, so we had no time pressure. Because Siggi knows almost everyone on the island, we got many entrance fees cheaper. Our personal highlight was feeding and petting the elephants! All in all, it was a very great day and we were happy to have gone on the trip with Siggi.

We were picked up from the hotel at 8 a.m. And went straight to the Big Buddha, which was great because no one was there at that time Then we went to temples, the jungle, magic garden, rum tasting and lunch (fantastic!). You can say in advance what or where you want to go. Siggi is a great guy and drives his guests around the island in a good mood and safely and also stops at good photo spots. He's not at a loss for more tips on activities, excursions and life in Thailand and doesn't force conversations (you know what I mean) - we really enjoyed the drive, the incredible views and his tips. He was nice and made an effort to show everything. The trip by car, without groups, was pleasant. But I think it would have been better if he had participated a little. And he should have shown us the two largest temples on Koh Samui before we asked!

Simply a wonderful private tour at a fair price!

We met Siggi in his office two days ago. So in the sea.
He told us what we would see on the private tour and that we would drive completely around the island and 2-3 through it.
We were skeptical that all of this could be done within about 5-6 hours and without stress. But Siggi convinced us with his friendly nature.

Luckily we did the tour!

Siggi really only showed us great places around Koh Samui and was completely flexible the whole time. The best thing about the whole tour is that Siggi gives you the opportunity to discover the beautiful places for yourself. He tells you something about the place on the way and is always ready to answer questions. When you arrive at the location, he will tell you what you can do and where he will park (wait for you).

That was great, as a couple we were always afraid that the tour guide would always come along and accompany us every step of the way.

If you don't like a place or want to skip something planned. No problem. Siggi knows the whole island and therefore enough beautiful places.
If you want to stay in one place longer. No problem either.
It's really great.

Summed up:
A nice private tour around Koh Samui that lasts half the day (starts around 8: 00 a.m.), with a friendly tour guide who has already been everywhere on the island and who is completely dependent on you as far as the course of the tour is concerned.
The price for the tour is also very fair, which was also a reason for us to book it.

Can only be recommended if you want to get to know many beautiful places on Koh Samui.

It was a really great tour! The car is super big and has air conditioning. The points we saw were really impressive and great, for example feeding the elephants, the secret garden or the monkeys. At the end we even went horseback riding on the beach! We can only recommend Siggi!

Siggi picked us up at the hotel at 8 a.m. And showed us some beautiful corners of the island. We stayed with him until 3 p.m. Until he dropped us off at the hotel. He designs his tours individually and drives across the island at a very relaxed pace, so that you can take a good look around. He stops at beautiful vantage points. You are never rushed and he is a great contact person for all questions. Absolutely successful day trip!

In the sea, Siggi swam towards us wearing yellow sunglasses and a hat and asked if he could show us the island highlights.
We agreed for the next day and he drove us around Ko Samui. It started at 8 a.m. With several temple visits, magic garden, elephant feeding, waterfall and much more.
It was a great trip and Siggi was a great guy. Since he has lived here for more than 27 years now, he knows his way around.

Siggi spoke to us in the sea in front of our hotel beach and told us about his island tour of Koh Samui. After looking at the reviews online, we spontaneously booked for the day after next for our family of six. We were completely satisfied with the island tour. Siggi took us to many interesting places and gave us exciting background information about the country and its people. We were each able to decide for ourselves how long we wanted to stay in one place and also which sights we wanted to see or not see. We thought that was great, in contrast to other guided tours. Today we had a great tour of the island with “Siggi with the yellow glasses”. Picked us up at the hotel on time and showed us the beautiful sights of the island. He put together a great day tour and we were able to incorporate our wishes without any problems. We can only recommend Siggi. You get all the sights individually and before the onslaught of other providers. He can also tell you everything you need to know about the island and its locals.
So keep an eye out for the man with the yellow glasses.

We were on Koh Samui for the first time and met Siggi while swimming in front of the Hotel Melia. He showed us great sights and responded to our additional requests. Coordination was possible beforehand and on the day of the excursion. During the trip we learned interesting things about the island and life on Samui. The trip started early, but that had the advantage that there were still few tourists on the way. The day went by really quickly, we were able to see a lot and take great souvenir photos. The activities range from nature experiences, rum tasting, temple visits, coconut harvesting by monkeys and a visit to an elephant breeding station. Siggi also had a good suggestion for lunch with German or Thai food. We can recommend the private tour with Siggi at any time.

Even though it was our sixth time on Samui, Siggi showed us great sights that we didn't know yet. The "travel plan" was coordinated with us; due to the early start of the tour, there were hardly any other visitors at the stopping points. Siggi gave us the opportunity to take photos at beautiful viewpoints.
You can't discover the island more individually. Thumbs up!

We were already on the road with Siggi in 2017 and went on a tour with Siggi again today on March 15,2023. Like in 2017, it was a lot of fun and he also responds to personal wishes. He has great knowledge of the island and you can see things where no normal tourist bus can go. The best thing, of course, is that he picks up the guests at 8 a.m. And you can get to various parts of the island before the big crowds. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
