Secret Buddha Garden or Magic Garden

Small but nice.when it gets too hot on the beach.it's more pleasant here on the mountain.especially since swimming is allowed here and possible at the top.or take a shower in the waterfall!

This is ok if you have nothing else to do. It costs 80 baht per person to go in. Would say to make sure you are wearing mozzy spray or take some with you. We didn’t and it was a big mistake. Not really much to see. You can easily ride a scooter up there, the hills aren’t too steep.

Getting there by scooter is a bit adventurous as the whole thing is in the mountains. But this product is absolutely worth the adventure trip. The figures, the watercourse and the nature that are embedded in it give an egg. Paradise feeling. Since we were there very early in the morning, we were relatively alone and were able to fully enjoy the beauty of the place.

Tarnim Magical Garden - probably an artificial creation, but very nicely done for me. More suitable for insta photos of people than as a real journey for some kind of prayer. Inside, many statues, buildings (I don't know if they are original) and an artificial waterfall with a fallen tree over it.

I had a good feeling about the place and it was worth going here.

The entrance to the 80bath and the way here is really uphill by scooter, and that of course also means downhill. Now in the rainy season it probably won't be fun to go down again, as it started raining when we were writing the review.

Unfortunately, there was no water in the waterfall, but on the other hand, there was an excellent viewing platform, and good ice cream.

Nice magical place. A walk in the shade of majestic trees. Lots of stone statues with a stream flowing between them. Nice place. The journey here in an open car is already an experience)

This place is very average in my opinion. I don’t know why so many people rated this place. The entry is 80 baht per person and you can spend some time close to nature surrounded by trees. That’s it, nothing special.

Like i lost into the lost city
This place is so mysterious, it full of old statues with different poses and there are old mysterious small buildings which make me question about the story behind this place.

This place is on the mountain you need to drive very carefully because the path is so steep and small but it worth to climb up here

This is one of the most magnificent bars I have had ever seen. It was establish by a third generation to Ryan farmer on the land that he inherited from his family. The garden is here to tell the story of Buddha and it is here to create a kind of heaven. They say that each time you come to this garden you will discover and you sculpture. You can also find the sculpture of the farmer who established the Garden somewhere towards the end of the garden. You can also come and meditate and don’t be shy to put your legs inside the water of the river for a good chill. From time to time you may also see some organized tours like Jeeps and ATV that Visit place.

สวนแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่บนเขาสูงชัน บ้านมะเร็ด เกาะสมุย นักท่องเที่ยวที่ขับรถขึ้นไปต้องใช้ความระมัดระวัง. 2 ข้างทางเป็นสวนทุเรียน ถ้าขึ้นไปในหน้าทุเรียน นักท่องเที่ยวจะได้เห็นทุเรียนออกลูกเต็มต้น บางต้นกิ่งโน้มลงมาจนสามารถเอื้อมถึง ไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลกที่จะเห็นนักท่องเที่ยวบางคนหยุดถ่ายรูปกับผลไม้ที่ได้ชื่อว่าเป็นราชาแห่งผลไม้นี้ ขับขึ้นไปจนเกือบถึงยอดเขาจะมีป้ายบอกทางไปสวนตานิ่มทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ เมื่อไปถึงสวนนักท่องเที่ยวจะได้ยินเสียงน้ำตกที่ส่งเสียงอยู่ด้านล่าง นักท่องเที่ยว ต้องเดินลงบันไดคอนกรีตเพื่อไปยังสวนและน้ำตก เมื่อลงไปถึงด้านล่างคุณจะรู้สึกได้ถึงอากาศที่เย็นฉ่ำชุ่มชื่น เพราะทั่วบริเวณรายล้อมด้วยต้นไม้ เดินตามทางน้ำตกลงไปจะมีลานที่เต็มไปด้วยรูปปั้น ทั้งรูปปั้นมนุษย์หญิงและชายในท่าร่ายรำบรรเลงดนตรี เทพ ยักษ์และสัตว์ต่างๆ รูปปั้นเหล่านี้แม้จะไม่ได้ดูสมบูรณ์แบบนักแต่ก็ดูสวยงาม ผู้ปั้น คือ ตานิ่ม ซึ่งลงมือปั้นด้วยตัวเองทั้งหมดด้วยใจรักล้วนๆ ตานิ่มไม่ได้ร่ำเรียนการปั้นมาจากที่ใดนอกจากศึกษาด้วยตัวเอง ตานิ่มมีอาชีพทำสวนทุเรียน อาศัยอยู่ในสวนนี้กับภรรยา เริ่มสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะเหล่านี้ เมื่อ พ. ศ. 2518 ตอนที่ท่านมีอายุได้ 77 ปีแล้ว ปัจจุบัน ลูกหลาน ของตานิ่มเป็นผู้ดูแลสวนและเปิดให้สวนแห่งนี้เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ให้นักท่องเที่ยวได้เข้ามาชื่นชมงานศิลปะที่บรรพบุรุษของตนรังสรรค์ขึ้นเพราะใจรักอย่างแท้จริง

The entrance is about 80 THB, the “waterfall” is pretty small and both worth the detour, the statue garden is actually quite nice. It’s a small place and won’t take much of your time but a nice activity if you have some time to kill. The drive up has some nice viewpoints.

Was a bit quiet when we visited so had plenty time to see the carved stones and statues. The natural area around was more interesting for me atleast. Was cheap enough to get in

Ride a bike to get here.you will enjoy it more than taking the tours.there is a entry fee at this place so don't be surprised. Good to just go check it out!

It's relatively small.wouldn't take more than 20-30 minutes to check it out and snap some cool pictures. The statues and garden are really neat. It was part of a jeep eco tour, so I probably wouldn't go out of my way just for the garden, but when combined with a few things, it's worth a visit.

Can go if you have motorcycle because it’s far and higher in the mountain but it’s beautiful place with small waterfall

Super magic place, where time stands still and the water is the heart of the secret garden with its statues of wisely men and women and one God

Entry fee of 80 bhat is a rip off. The statues are boring, nothing ancient. The ride to this place is not worth it at all. The carvings are broken and the small houses are for with rain water n alge.

There was dirty lying around, used bottle, paper, plastic
The toilets (washrooms) were very dirty.

For 80 tbh, I'm not sure where this money goes because nothing is actually maintained.

On first view, seems like a money making racket.

Nice place on hill top.different experience when you want to take a break from beach, shopping and get surrounded by greenery.riding on a bike is fun for reaching this place.entry fee of 80 baht.amazing sculptures.beautifully carved with nice waterfall in between.you feel mesmerised by artistic beauties.beauty is such amazing, even camera cant capture what our eyes experience.needless to say perfect place for capturing selfies.
