Great location, Great friendly staff. Great price. Fresh and well prepared food. The view from bungalows are great.this is a must stay.

Großartige Lage am Strand, Bungalows sehr modern und sauber, leckeres Essen, Taxi und Wäscheservice hat auch gut geklappt. Es gibt extra Strandtücher und Spiele sowie permanent Kaffee und Teeangebot gratis. Würden nochmal hinfahren

I have lived on Koh Phangan for more than two years, and although I like to discover new spots, Seaview is still my favorite place to chill. Good food, great owners and staff, a comfortable couch for reading, one of the best beaches to swim (except for a few days after full moon). A hidden gem in Had Rin that has kept its charm of the days of old.

It was my third stay in sea view and is the best place ever, was in the very front row on the sea with such a lovely view. The food is lovely and the staff are the best ever and will help you so much, the nicest beach on the island, was there on the 15 -11-2019 for ten days and will be back next year, fair play to Tim and a big thanks to victor for helping Aidan # Ireland

That's our second time here. We spend a week at least in a beach front bungalow. The view and the sunrise is amazing. You have a hammock on the balcony. The staff is friendly especially the older lady, we had such a warm welcome on our arrival. The food is very good, you can have a cup of tea all day long for free. The value for money is great. We would always come back, can only recommend.

A nice and easy stay, very friendly people that work here. Always a smile. They speak English pretty good. And it's clean. The beach however (not their fault) gets cleaned daily but sadly it's needed as well.

Perfect location on Haad Rin beach, good for everything you are looking for, relaxed time with amazing view or party hard at just 200 m. Clean and big rooms, some with AC, some beachfront, staff is lovely

Better book it cause it's well worth it. Staff people do their best to deliver a great experience. Food is good and quite cheap. Rooms are big clean and good prices. Some houses are right om the beach.as ours.and it couldnt have been better. Gets pretty noisy with the full moon party.but if you dont like noise you dont belong here. Thumbs up SeaviewSunrise

Scummy feels like your in the jungle tho nice view bed was ok too many wide open crack slits and no screens shower didn't work

Einfach nur Top! Superfreundliches Personal, sehr saubere Bungalows und direkt am Strand. Kann ich jedem empfehlen, zumal sie hier alles kostenlos anbieten: Kaffee, strandhandtücher, sonnencreme, luftmatratzen, auch der weg zu den Parties kann nicht kürzer sein:)

Best location, staff and place to stay in Haad Rin. Affordable and clean bungalows on the beach, nothing to complain about at all.

The best accommodation you get on Sunrise Beach. Comfy well-maintained bungalows, a fantastic view, quiet, a good restaurant with a wide range of dishes which stays open until late, friendly and welcoming stuff.

What a gem. Great food, people and location, tucked away from the noisy side of the beach but still a 5 minute walk to party central and right ON the beach. Family run but professional and very comfortable. Best beach on the island. Powder white sands.

Great location. Amazing staff, and delicious food. Also the drinks and buckets were wonderful. Perfect location to stay for the Full moon party. If we come ever back to Haad Rim beach we are definitely going to stay there again!

Brilliant location, rooms are quite nice. I stayed in the budget rooms and slept perfectly well. The bar and restaurant isn't great value for money and they raised the prices on the night of the full moon. Overall I had a pleasant stay
