Seatran Ferry

Take the night bus from Hua Hin at 22: 00, and after arriving at Donsak, the bus will drive into the pier, and all passengers will get off the bus in order (the luggage does not need to be taken off the bus), go to the seatran counter to buy tickets (170B), and board the boat. Bus drives into the cabin.

Seatran is best ferry if you want to travel from Surat Thani to Koh Samui and Koh Phangan and vice versa. They have a high class air condition and a normal cabin. Washrooms are too good and have a big mart inside the ferry. I used the Raja ferry as well. But seatran is too good as compared to Raja ferry. Highly recommended to use this ferry.

Seatran are the very best ferry service Donsak-Koh Phangan -Donsak. Ferry is clean, comfortable and has all the safety equipment and safety instructions as there should be. There's even a defibrillator on board There is a cafe on board with quite tasty food and snacks and a TV with a Thai TV channel.
Seatran is my preference as it is for all my friends.

Everything was on time & comfortable. Web site a little difficult to navigate to book & pay but stuck with it & all was well

Your service is the worst in Thailand. I bought tickets for a car and 2 people. Why do I have to walk and not with the car? Where is your logic? Also expensive and bad service.

Very smooth ride. Punctual and very comfortable. The combination of open decks and air conditioned seating areas is a delight

Assez bruyant et mouvementé (il ne faisait pas beau). Mais rapide! Et pas cher. à faire et à conseiller

สะดวกสบายเดินทางมาง่ายครับ ขับรถมาตามทางมีป้ายบอกบะเอียดถึงท่าเรือ ต่อคิวเข้าจ่ายเงิน นำรถขึ้นเรือกับคนขับ ถ้ามีผู้โดยสารก็เดินแยกไปแล้วไปเจอกันบนเรือ เจ้าหน้าที่บริการดีแนะนำดี เรือใหม่ มีห้องปรับอากาศด้านล่าง ชั้นบนโอเพ่นแอร์ นั่งชั้นบนก็สบายเลย เดินทางตอนเที่ยงๆก็ไม่ร้อนครับ อากาศดีมาก ผมมาในช่วงมีนานะครับช่วงที่ใต้กำลังร้อนเลย บนเรือมีมินิมาร์ทด้วย มีข้าว ขนม ไอศครีม ห้องแอร์เก้าอี้นั่งสบาย สะอาดครับ แนะนำ

In all honesty, we tried Lomprayah for Samui to Donsak. They have 2 departures a day, both fully booked. So we why to Seatran. 5 (or more?) departures a day. We took the 12: 00 one (walk in) and a bit disappointed because it's a regular ferry. (Slightly slower, but not much.) Half the price of Lomprayah. Guess what. It's a roomy affair, lots of places to sit, stroll, enjoy the time. In the end, I think I prefer this instead of being stacked like sardines. The loss of time for shorter trips is minimal, pricing is half, more departures. I would travel with Seatran without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Messed up check-in system for cars, staff is rude and busy with their phones all the time. Noone speaks English, really hard to understand anybody. Food is total disaster, eat elsewhere before coming here.

If you need to go to Samui by motorbike or car, or even by backpack, you should use this Pier, cheap and comfortable

30late today without explanations. Seems like the boat keeps waiting for more tourists to get in even when they suppose to leave to Ko tao 30min ago.

บริษัท ซีทรานเฟอร์รี่ ผู้ให้บริการเรือข้ามไปเกาะสมุย สำหรับตัวผมเอง ไม่ได้เป็นคนที่อยู่ติดกับทะเลและก็ไม่ได้ค่อยใช้บริการบ่อยนัก ก็เลยรู้สึกประทับใจมากกว่าคนอื่นเป็นพิเศษล่ะมั้งครับ ถ้าให้เปรียบเทียบการบริการนี้ผมว่าที่นี่บริการดีนะครับ

Best choice for a transfer to Samui. Boats are in a good condition and all without any big delays as well. At the pier are restaurants and mini markets available.
