Sea Breeze Resort, Koh Phangan

Great place to stay in Haad Rinn. Delicious breakfast and the staff was excellent. I had a issue with the motorbike I rented here (I damaged it) and was treated extremely fair. Serene views and jungle/beach atmosphere. Close to everything you need.

Great view, well organized, friendly staff, very clean, well equipped, highly recommended.

The scenery is nice and the staff are so friendly!

Aging is inevitable (no TV).

And did you come to the jungle at night?
You can hear the sounds of nature as if you were at a zoo!
You might think it's noisy, but it's amazing.

The road up there is steep and takes 4 to 5 minutes.
It's hard to use if you have poor legs or lack of stamina!
The vehicle always takes you to the port or your next accommodation.

The location of the hotel is great. The view from the restaurant area alone is breathtaking. The food is also very good, whether it's breakfast or a main course. The prices for these are also in the normal to affordable range. The rooms are large and extremely clean. There is a fridge in the room, but no TV, but that doesn't bother you. The staff is very nice and everyone speaks good English. You can rent scooters directly from the hotel for 250THB per day, which you can do with a clear conscience as it is a reputable rental company. The laundry service is also very good. The laundry is clean and ironed the next day at half past 9, and that for 60THB a kilo. There is also a bar in the pool. The entire hotel complex is beautifully decorated with statues and ponds that are well maintained. There was a free transfer to Haad Rin port.

Unfortunately, the pool smelled a bit strongly of chlorine and the pool area in general could use a little more attention. When you are outside in the evening you can hear the frogs quite loudly, but you can no longer hear them in the room.

We were very satisfied with our stay and can only recommend it to everyone.

A nice high level Thai style resort with a stunning view run by a very nice family on Haad Rin beach/bay. The resort is built on a steep cliff so there's a steep road heading there. I advise you to rent a motorbike while staying there (or actually anywhere on the island). Rooms are nice built and designed with wood furniture. The restaurant is very simple with few options only. It's a very nice place but it requires a walk to the beach. You should mainly consider if you want to spend your vacation on Haad Rin area which has lost popularity over the years to the North West parts of the island and Haad Rin is mainly populated by backpackers and packed on the full moon with drunken and drugged tourists

Stayed at Sea Breeze for Fullmoon. It’s a lovely family owned resort, with a great view and just a couple of minutes by foot from Had Rin beach. Amway and her family do an outstanding job and take really good care about the guests offering nice food, taxi service and scooter rental etc. You should definitely try Amways cocktails as well

We weren’t expecting anything at this price point but where super happily suprised how nice the ambience and the owners have been. Super friendly, well organized, clean, great view, good breakfast, good laundry and scooter service and absolute mega value for price.

A family hotel which is managed by the mother and daughters.
Has a very nice view, but for this you need to go up the hill. Since we would rent a motorcycle anyways, it wasn't an issue for us.
There is a mynah- tropical talking bird, Which was very cute and definitely my favorite detail about this hotel. There are also some fishes in the pool.
Hotel breakfast was fine.
Towels were clean.

The staff are kind and very helpful, very welcoming. The view is gorgeous and the hotel is 5 minutes walk from haadrin and the beach, but it is on a cliff so it might be a little bit hard if you walk a lot. The food is amazing and not expensive at all. The room is clean and has a smart tv! We had a wonderful experience at the hotel.

We had such a wonderful time at Seabreeze Resort! The staff were so friendly and helpful and made the place so welcoming for us. They gave us a lot of great tips for hiking, tours, and beaches. The fruit and fresh juice each morning were a lovely addition to breakfast. We loved the pool, exploring the resort, and of course, our room which was very charming and had a cool style. It was especially cool that there was aloe vera growing all over the place and we were actively encouraged to use it to help our burns! We would love to come back.

Stayed here for full moon party. Me and my boyfriend originally had a booking in another place that was in poor state and found this place, they came and picked us up which was so lovely in its self. The staff were all so lovely and hard working, carrying our suitcases and assisting us with anything we needed, they really went above and beyond! The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, at the top of a hil with views all over. Our suite was absolutely stunning with beautiful views over the sea from the balcony and shower! Only little thing is the room smelled a bit like damp and mould so think they need to be aired out a bit.

Ich war vor 4 Jahren schon in diesem Hotel und liebe es. Sehr schöne Aussicht um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten und vom herrlichen Anblick See geweckt zu werden. Schöner Pool, sehr schöne Anlage mit viel Planten, Bäumen und Vögel. Es gibt auch ein sprechenden Vogel der mir schon sehr oft ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat. Essen kann man auch sehr gut und bei einer sehr schönen Aussicht. Der Beach von Haad Rin ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch wenn dort Full Moon Party ist schläft man hier ruhig. Der Strand und das Hotel ist von einem kleinen Hügel getrennt. Ich habe mir am Hotel ein Moped für 250 Tbath/Tag ausgeliehen. Der einzige Kritikpunkt hier muss man sein Reisepass abgeben. Eigentlich auch in Thailand illegal, dass wird leider auf der Insel so gehandhabt. Ich habe mein Pass aber ohne Probleme zurück bekommen. Ich habe mein nächsten Aufenthalt schon gebucht

Staff are extremely helpful and arranged for me to be picked up from another hotel in the area. The facilities were good and it’s not far from the main attraction of Haad Rin the full moon party. Staff are able to sort of most things for you such as Taxis, Bike Rental and are able to answer any questions. They really make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The suites have a amazing view of the sea and the local beach. Only downside to a rooms have a bit of a damp smell.

I rarely leave reviews however this hotel is deserving of 5 stars & more. The staff (the two young ladies & gentlemen at the front desk) are seriously the nicest people
I've met in Thailand. The building is older but well maintained and has exceptional views and a nice pool/deck overlooking the water. I'm on a 2 month vacation and by far this has been the best part. I can't thank Sea Breeze enough for being awesome for my Full Moon Party stay!

It's really nice place with good service, great breakfasts, swimming pool and wonderful terrace on the roof!

The seabreeze resort is one of the best hotels I've ever stated beautiful view from the rooms great service I felt just at home totally 100% going back here.

Be cautious if you use a bookingsite. We booked a 54 square meter room with bathtub, couch and desk for our family, but were sent to an 20 square meter budget accommodation without any of the above and open toilet. Manager/front desk blamed Agoda and would not help solve the issue, leading to more issues for us. First time we tried this in a hotel ever. It ruined part of our holiday. Hotel uphill and a bit isolated with no beach access. Average facilities. Breakfast staff friendly though. We definitely recommend Cocohut Resort instead - it is just downhill and is amazing.
