Scuba Birds PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Center / Diving Koh Tao

Was an incredible experience! I Started off as a beginner and wasn’t sure how I would perform but my diving instructor Vishal was very patient in guiding me and I got the hang of it! Definitely Recommend:)

Scuba birds is simply great! We received excellent advice and all our needs were catered for!
Vincent was our instructor and showed us all the skills step by step. I felt safe with him the whole time. He was always on hand to help with any worries, uncertainties or questions! Thank you very much!

My wife and I did the AOWD course.

The diving school is a bit remote from the "main streets" and all the other diving schools. The communication before and at the beginning of the course was great. Emails were always responded to quickly. Overall, we also paid less compared to the other schools.
We had five very interesting dives including a night dive and a wreck dive. Our instructor was Maks, many thanks to him again Very patient, relaxed and humorous, we were definitely able to learn a lot

Had a wonderful experience passing my Open Water with Scuba Birds. I had to postpone the start of my course a few times because of a cold and they were super flexible and understanding. Communication was impeccable throughout the whole process. Efim was an amazing instructor, very chill, calm and clear. And it happens to be one of the cheapest, if not THE, cheapest school on the island. All around win. Highly recommend!

Completed my Open Water with Vince! An amazing experience, it completely exceeded my expectations & I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Vince did a fantastic job at ensuring our safety whilst also providing a fun and engaging environment to learn all our new skills.

This diving center is definitely the best I could find on Koh Tao. Really cheap prices and a loving instructor who was always patient and caring with us! Don't hesitate any longer, go for it!

We did our Open Water certification with Scuba Birds and can’t recommend it enough. Nelly was our instructor and was extremely competent, thorough and warm in her approach. Love her so much and we really recommend to get your license here. And also best price in koh Tao!

This is hands down the best PADI school and what makes it so special is the instructors. I took open water and advanced open water with Pavel and he really set the bar high. He helped keep the theory interesting, very hands on, very personable and funny. You would be lucky to get him as an instructor. I came to the school only wanting to do open water but after 3 days of fun with Scuba Birds and Pavel, I decided to stay 2 more days and do the advanced open water (with Pavel). Cannot recommend enough. If you get the package, you're also staying at "thani resort" which is a few minutes walk away. It's in pretty good condition and the people who manage the lodge are very nice and accommodating.

I've done my open water + openwater advanced with pavel and i tell you he's an absolutely amazing teacher and takes care of you!

5 stars for Brian because he is a great instructor. Its a great place to learn diving. If youre solo travelling and looking for a social diving school where its easy to meet people, i think i would recommend going somewhere else. But it depends on what youre looking for

My experience with Scuba Birds was beyond amazing. Our trainer Elena took on the challenge of taking a non swimmer out for a dive and I have to say she made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. She let us take our time and guided carefully. The dive itself was out of this world and the Gulf really has so much to offer. Hope to be back here soon!

Had the best time learning to dive and completing my open water course here. I was quite a nervous diver and couldn’t thank and recommend Efim more as an instructor. He made the experience fun, was very patient and clear with instruction.

The lady at the office didn’t take time to explain the course that we wanted. She just showed the board and say: you can dive this day and the next day and then you are certified.nothing else!

All the other dives shop take time to explain you properly what they offer, what you gonna do, prices…etc.

Not a good vibe and it’s not professional for the first meeting!

We were sceptical at first as this dive centre was cheaper than the rest on the island but as soon as we walked in we new we had found the right place! I was taken through a thorough open water refresher course while my partner did their opens. We both had great instructors and were made to feel very comfortable and confident.
