Samui Speed Boat - Petcherat Marina

CAREFUL, SCAMMERS! Bought a ticket for a speedboad which should bring me back from the full moon party. We were waiting for 3 hours, the boat never came. I had to buy another ticket from a different company. Talked to the owner of the company the next day, he was just screaming and didn't gave me my money back. SCAMMERS!

I was so excited to visit Ko Tao and experience the beautiful marine life that the island has to offer. I had booked my travel with in Petcherat Marina, and everything seemed to be going smoothly until I actually arrived at the island.

As soon as I got off the boat, I realized that something was wrong. The staff of were in a hurry to leave, and I couldn't find anyone to give me any information. I tried to ask for assistance, but they were dismissive and rude.

Feeling frustrated and confused. However, after wandering around the island for a while, I realized that I was completely lost. I tried to call the travel agency for help, but they didn't answer my calls or messages.

I couldn't believe that a travel company could be so irresponsible and leave their customers stranded without any explanation or assistance.

My experience with this tour guide had already left a bitter taste in my mouth. I felt let down and disappointed by their unprofessional behavior and lack of responsibility towards their customers.

In conclusion, my experience with Petcherat Marina was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone, and I urge others to be cautious when booking with them. It's essential to choose a reputable and reliable travel company that prioritizes the safety and well-being of their customers.

I believe you are taking my review too personally. I provided you with the facts, that made my experience awful. The best practice you can do now is to improve your organizational skills to avoid future problems like this. It is vital, as you have many other one-star reviews pointing to poor tour management.

Firstly, provide a clear and reliable tour agenda. This will mitigate the miscommunication issues that arouse during the trip. The staff is not communicating in English well. They told me that I have two hours on Ko Tao, when in fact I've had 30 minutes. I did not fall asleep on the beach. Even if- the restaurant is just by the beach, so if your staff would be "looking" for me, they would have quite an easy task to do:). I just took my time in the city as it was given to me.

Your story does not comply with reality, because I was back within 1.5 hours at the restaurant, looking for you. The boat supposedly came back for us after the snorkeling at Mango Bay. It is highly impossible because if they do, I was already at the restaurant on the beach thinking about what to do next:)

Secondly, you can just ask for a phone number from your customers to reach out to them if something goes wrong. Simple as that.

One aspect of what you wrote is true, I went to the Tourist Police, looking for help because your staff did not want to help me in any way. The police were also not much helpful, telling me that I should have slept on the beach instead of spending the night in a secure room in a hotel - maybe you just mixed those facts and turned them to your advantage. Nice try.:)

Summing up, and not wasting my time on irresponsible business practices. Learn from your mistakes, and avoid insulting your customers, calling them "gold diggers" or childish. It's not a very mature way of dealing with problems when knowing you are guilty.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Do not use this company for transport to full moon party. They are scam artists and provide no service but will happily take your money. We waited 3 hours for a boat that never turned up. Use any other provider than this.

We booked VIP and had to wait almost 1.5 hours for the boat until we could go home. Nobody knew where we had to go or where the boat was coming and when.
It was poorly organized and informed.
I would never book again let alone recommend it to others.

We needed A yacht agent in Samui and Petcherat Marina is a liscence yacht agent and A port of entry and departure for Koh Samui.got our yacht and crew checked in by Yarden the yacht agent, great professional service

We took a private boat that Four Seasons recommended us.
We were very satisfied with the service and the friendly staff.
Lunch was incredible and all in all we had a fantastic time.

Jetty for speedboats to Angthong National Marine Park. Waiting area is small. Nothing much is open to when you come in the morning to wait for the boat for your day trip unless you walk out to nearby convenience stores.

Friendly tour operator in Koh Samui who operates speed boats from Samui to Ko Tao, Koh Panghan, Ang Thong… service is good but the price is on bit higher side.worth using there service as they have friendly staffs who can speak decent English which helps foreigners to communicate better.

The steady and tranquil palpitating pulse of the sea, ablaze medallion in the afternoon sky welcome us as we were on board. The Yatch pulled up at orange rock from the rich iron element called "Koh-Som" allow us to chill on the deck during the sunset. Just like turning the cover of the fairytale and fantasy book, the prodigious final sunset do their magic over the deck. My brother held his girlfriend hands, their eyes held each other's. There was a warm and beautiful silence pause, and finally she said "Yes".

Good terminal, nice and clean facility. Toilets are available too. Getting to the boat we had to go thru the water. All in all great speed boat experience we had.

Schöne Tour und netter Guid zur Tour nach Koh Tao. Haben sehr viele Fische auf zwei Schnochelgängen gesehen. Das Mittagessen, in einem Hotel, war gut.

Wir hätten nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt hier, der Aufenthaltsraum des Panviman hotel ist sehr schön, man hat WLAN, es ist klimatisiert und man wird auch mit Wasser versorgt.
Das Einzige, was nicht so toll ist sind die Toiletten am Pier ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Purchased the VIP full moon party package. Was quite pricey but worth it if you want convenience and flexibility. No dramas getting there or back and didn't have to wait long, 30 mins max. Was very safe with life jackets, though the weather was calm that night.

Petcherat marina gave me an awesome vacation and great tours.

Highly recommended if you plan on vacation in thailand.

Do not take this company to take you to the full moon party in koh panghan. Theres only one boat and constantly 70 people waiting in line crammed and shoving to get on the boat that comes once an hour. I waited for an hour and a half to get back to koh samui. Every other company had more boats and its lines moved faster (more than one boat an hour). Night ruined.

If you want to go to ko Tao or Angthon islands, this is the trip startpoint. If you choose speed boat, don't sit on the boat head all the time, it will be very shake.
