Samui Palm Beach Resort.

We spent two weeks at Celes Samui aka Palm Beach Resort. The rooms were cleaned daily and we received free drinks every day. The facility is lovingly maintained by its employees and inquiries are responded to quickly. All pools were clean and updated. The buffet was varied and nothing was missing. The hotel has a private section of beach. We were there in September. There are two alternative restaurants on the main street which are far cheaper than the hotel restaurant.

Very nice hotel very clean and an incredibly good breakfast.

The beach is unfortunately only visually nice for swimming, you should use one of the 3 pools or take the free shuttle to chawemg beach.

We stayed four weeks in 2022, two on each side of the hotel, and so far one week out of two booked in 2023. It's all under the Celes name now. With three pools, including what is probably the longest one on the island, there's plenty of room to swim. Two pools are just off the beach. Restaurant and breakfast buffet service are great. This year they started free mini bar service, although without alcohol. Free shuttle service at set times in the PM to Fisherman's Village and shopping center. More amenities. We've stayed at others and visited many. We'll continue to return to Celes.

Difficult hotel with no privacy because all rooms look at each other, no views, moldue smell in the elevators, sewage smell in the room, Celes bought the place but didn't upgrade it at all. Not recommended.

The reception and restaurant staff make no effort to communicate, for example with a telephone translator.

Traffic noise from the street all night. Can hear guests from other rooms. No information in the room about how to reach reception or how to connect to WiFi etc. Needs renovation for what it costs.

Very cool hotel with a lot of details and huge swimming pool thru almost the whole resort.
Only negativ thing is, that the toilet doors can not be locked. Can be a bit unconfy depending on the people sharing the room.
Parking is upfront, dont miss the entry! Its a pain to uturn on Samui
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Show you the room and explain everything about what to do where till when.
Definitely a hotel you should consider if you visit Samui!

If you understand thai the staff is very rude.

- beach is full of moss
- pool is full of pesticides on top of normal chlorine.
- breakfast is cross contaminated with gluten and meat.
- regular pesticides
- loud ac
- regular power outages
- unsharp tv channels
- annoying staff and services

Try lipa noi beach.

Same price, better beach, better hotel and better staff.

The room was look so good and cozy after big renovation here. A lot of activities for tourist; doll painting, coconut handicraft, cocktail, beach jogging tour, Thai boxing, Gym etc. The swimming pool was great. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of food style in buffet line at the beach front Trade-wind restaurant. I’m very recommended here for your stay in Koh Samui. Suitable to anyone who need the real relaxing and calm.

This is a great choice in Samui. We enjoyd staying here, this is more like a 5 star hotell! If you want a hotell with a good gym to keep up your fitness this hotell is the place.

Einer der schönsten Aufenthalte während unseres Thailand Urlaubes. Meine Frau und ich hatten eine der tollen Bungalows. Sehr saubere und moderne Einrichtung. Der Pool war auch immer sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wasseraktivitäten wie z. B. Kayak fahren sind kostenlos für Hotelgäste.
Der Strand ist nicht so schön, das Wasser ist trüb und im Wasser findet man eher Kies als Sand, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Zum Standort: man hat in der Anlage seine Ruhe, auf der anderen Straßenseite findet man u.a. Ein günstiges Massagesalon und ein Geschäft, das Roller vermietet, was wir auch genutzt haben. Mit dem Roller kommst du eh überall hin auf der Insel. Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein SevenEleven Shop zum einkaufen von Snacks.

This is a great choice in Samui. We loved staying in one of the beachfront villas from where I'm writing this review. The staff has been incredible! The beach is nice but not the best on the island. The restaurant, Trade Winds, is only open for the breakfast buffet, but the sister restaurant, Sea Grill, has nailed dinner for us a few times, both in Thai and western dishes. Very respectable risotto, Wagyu tenderloin, and a nearly perfect burger on a freshly baked bun.
This resort is a great base for exploring the island. I can highly recommend it!

Top resort with helpful staff. It lost the last star due to a daft covid policy of making guests wear plastic gloves for breakfast. The gloves end up blowing around and going in the ocean, this is awful for marine life and gloves are very unlikely to stop any covid transmission.

They have 2 swimming pools, one is a large pool that sits in-between the wings of the hotel. The better option is the smaller pool near the beach and restaurant.

The rooms are large and well maintained whilst the resort itself feels modern and classy. The price was fair for our stay and we would return.

Spacious and very clean room, comfortable beds and delicious buffet breakfast were what we were hoping for and they delivered. The pools were clean and refreshing after a day of sightseeing. My favorite spot to relax with a good book was in the beanbag sunbeds overlooking the beach. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant with martinis while watching the sunset. Our server, Ex, was friendly and efficient both in the evening for dinner and the next morning at breakfast.

Loved this resort! It's super cute with a great pool and beach access! They also have fun activities like muy thai! Definitely would stay here again no questions asked!

They cared all things for us and gave a lot of useful advice as well as flexible support to ensure that we would have pleasant experience while staying here. Beside of TH Government campaign, the hotel itself also offer additional discount on top for some of their services e.g. Dining, drink, spa (by Celes, associated hotel).
The room was spacious and looked newly-renovated, located nearest to Bor Phut beach and hotel pool. Only thing upset me was during our visit, we could not go to swim at hotel beach due to the sea's a bit rough and there're jelly fish floating around.
Breakfast and dinner here were quite impressive, delicious, clean and not expensive as we thought. It's worth for money spending for wonderful meal here. After all, everything here satisfy us a lot. Thank youu again.

Room was recently renovated, so everything is fresh and clean. The hotel is close to the airport, the walking street and overall attraction. The breakfast is alright, a la carte as it’s during the Covid situation. Recommend for family, work related, vacation but not so much for couple. Great value as well.

I love this resort! The largest swimming pool in Koh Samui, Beautiful environment and nice beach! I can stay here all day! I will choose Samui Palm Beach Resort again if I come to Koh Samui next time!

on the day when there is the fisherman vilage market, when going out from the hotel near the 7 eleven there is the best Banana Lottie in all Ko Suomi
