Awful experience, got up at 4: 30am because I felt a cockroach walking on me. Probably it got there through our villa windows that were left fully opened by cleaning service at the day time (without our notice too, all our belongings were easily accessible to anyone). Also you could see the “clean” beach and other hotel facilities in photos, lots of bagworms on the walls too. When we tried to contact someone from the reception to get that thing out or at least change the room at night, nobody was in reception and no one answered the phone (even though they say you can contact them 24/7), so we needed to wait until 8am when someone answered. Then when we asked for a full refund, they offered us free breakfast, after one hour of arguing they agreed to refund only for one night and still staff was rude, impolite and disrespectful.
Reasonable price, answer emails quickly and good information. Friendly staff. Recommended for test and go SHA+

We were very disappointed. We booked for 3 nights - room was okay, big and clean. The pool was the dirtiest pool which I saw in Thailand.so we decided that we don’t will use it. The beach was also not beautiful and we need to rent a bike for 3 days. There is nothing around the hotel. The baddest thing was the service: we gave them our laundry (more expensive than in other laundry’s on the street) and they gave us back all white clothing’s with a white/red color. The “white” was not 100% anymore. But she don’t understand. We can’t use it anymore. We got a discount from 60 bath for the laundry, that’s nothing for that they made our clothing dirty! She also asked us if she can buy our dirty t shirt for 500 bath. The shirt costs 2000 bath new! Very unprofessional. We expect minimum a free Laundry. Sorry but we can’t redommend it again.
