Lived in the house for a month.excellent location, nice house, swimming pool.everything for a comfortable, relaxing holiday.the owner of the house is super, always positive, helped with all questions.for your money 5 out of 5!

I had a great dive with Hakan to Sail Rock. He showed us lots of fish and had a very private tour.

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I went scuba diving with Hakan to Sail Rock! Amazing experience, Hakan is greatly experienced in scuba diving, showed me a lot of different fish and corrected my technique.

Dishonest, treated my husband poorly. Canceled the day before at 5pm, didn't send a refund even when asked. It's been 4 weeks and no refund.

I didn't stay at the Hotel but I did my Advanced Open Water Course with Hakan!
It was one of the Best experiences I have had and can't recommend him enough!

Very enjoyable course, with an awesome & knowledgeable instructor!

This would my 3rd diving trip and I have to say honestly the best one by a long shot.

Everything was well arranged with pick up and drop off from hotel sorted and bang on time!

For the dive itself my instructor Hakan who I think had been the owner was been simply amazing, taking his time to provide me a refresher on the way to the dive site along making sure we were good to go and set up before taking the dive itself which meant I could simply enjoy the experience. Regular check ins made sure I felt safe during the experience and most of all.

The views, I mean wow we had gone to sail rock for the day and it was simply spectacular, the videos taken cannot do it justice. Schools of fish for as far as the eye can see and corals that just pop with colour.

My advice is if you are looking for a dive provider in Samui this is the group you want to go with, when I come back I'll be getting my open water here without a dought I couldn't think of anyone else better to do it with!

Samui Diving Resort is more than a hotel or diving center: Hakan & Nana received us like family in their home. The accomodation is very functional and fully equipped. We stayed in the 3 bedrooms villa and the kids enjoyed so much the swimming pool after a day at the beach, just walking distance. We didn't have a car and that was OK as you can reach Fisherman's Village in few minutes. As for diving, Hakan is an extremely experience dive master, but also very friendly and fun, making each dive even more enjoyable. We had a blast at Sail Rock: strongly recommended. All in all, you are into safe hands, and you'll enjoy your stay) Will be happy to come back.

A great place to visit Koh Samui, even a better one if you're a diver.
The bungalows are perfectly clean, very spacious and a 15 mn (idle) walk to the touristic Fisherman's Village and the beach.
Nana and Hakan, the hosts, are adorable and very helpful.
Hakan is a dive instructor and will take care of everything (pick-ups, gear etc). He and Steve, the other instructor, are very cheerful and yet very serious during the briefings and dives.
My wife and I would definitely stay there again if we come back to Samui.

Highly recommended. Customer centric, friendly staff and very good place for divers. The resort is very conveniently located to a walking distance to Fisherman Village. Amazing experience diving in sail rock with Hakan. We will come back!

Really nice place. *Very* clean and comfortable rooms. The owner mentioned that he took over and renovated the place several months ago - so it seems like the bad reviews were before his time.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The location is excellent and so close to the beach. The owner is amazing, helpful and will give you the best, most honest advice on how to enjoy yourself, and get the best value our of your stay in Bophut.
The dive trips are also very well run, with a spectacular boat, very new equipment and an all inclusive experience.
I would highly recommend that anyone going to koh Samui should book their stay with the Samui Diving Resort.

Sean was awesome! We got there a little early from the airport and he let us check in early and gave us water and coffee. He was always helpful with our questions and gave us good suggestions of places to visit. The hotel is toward the end of the shopping strip and right across the street from the beach. We were not there for the market but there is one right outside on Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
