Absolutely gorgeous villas. Very private. Everything you need and more. I recommend trying room service menu from Stop@Sopa fantastic food. Breakfast served from another local and it was beautiful! 5 stars!

Only one menu delivering, no restaurant on site, nice restaurant down the main road on your right as you leave. Taxi service opposite road entrance to property excellent. Very helpful fellow.

We spent 3 nights in this place, we had a great rest after a long flight to Samui. It is truly a great place for relaxation, as privacy is guaranteed in the closed area of ​​the villa. Although breakfast is not offered here, it is not a problem because there are several places to eat and a shop right outside the hotel. Scooter rental right next door. Very good location, in terms of communication. After driving about 1.5 km, there is a great beach.
We will definitely recommend to our friends.

We had an incredible holiday at Samui Boat Lagoon. Wow wow wow! Everything was perfect, beautiful property, very friendly staff, clean private pool and big comfortable bed. Cool AC in the bedroom, lots of space for your clothes etc.nice shower, room cleaning on demand. My hubby enjoyed swim training in the massive pool at the entrance of the property, and I enjoyed dipping in our private pool to cool off.
We had a good chuckle about the reviews complaining about nature/bugs etc.most of the living space is outside so don't be surprised if you see a bug, geckos, iguana.etc.we didn't watch the tv at all and we also didn't cook, as there are lots of amazing restaurants a short scooter ride away. But we did wish there was a coffee maker. We drove to a cafe at the end of the road for our morning cappuccinos but would have enjoyed to just make a cup of coffee at the villa.
Don't hesitate to stay here, very close to everything you need but incredibly peaceful and quiet property. We dream of returning!

We had a rat in the villa! We went to reception to have someone do something about it, it turned out we could only change the villa to another one. We asked if there are rats in other villas too. The lady said she didn't know. No one offered us compensation. Later, one person came and sprayed the kitchen area with ordinary spray. Nobody else did anything. I'm disgusted. We had to lock doors everywhere all the time. We paid big bucks for this and got a rat.

Stayed at boat lagoon for 2 weeks in a 1 bed villa.
The whole place was clean, tidy and spacious with very helpful friendly staff.
The villas have a small pool with a sunbathing area next to it in between 2 covered areas, the sleeping area with air conditioning and the spacious bathroom complete with open air shower room, and a covered open area with table and chairs for dining, a soft seating area and a kitchen area with hob, microwave, and refrigerator and a few kitchen utensils for cooking.
There is a very large pool with sun loungers available for a proper swim, but the small pool inside is big enough to cool off and have a splash about. The villa is surrounded by high walls and is completely private with no overlooking properties, ideal if you want an all over tan.
There is a temple, massage place, a mini Market and a few places to eat and drink close by all with friendly staff and I can highly the food from stop@sopa.
Overall I had a fantastic stay at the boat lagoon and would return without hesitation.

This is a very well-run resort with solid and well-maintained villas and facilities.

The villas are very private and are built around your own private pool. The outdoor living area takes a bit of getting used to though and is best suited to dry weather!

The staff are excellent and very helpful and the shared pool is fantastic. Moreover, there are plenty of nice places open within a few km for food, coffee and cocktails.

I went to private Birthday party for my friend kid at the villa, 2 brms with pool are very nice and consider cheap price during Covid pandemic. Very nice and cozy place, may be not a lot of land you can walk around but every villa are the same in most area. Highly recommended for this price, won't be cheap for so long for sure.

Visited my friends here they had a room over. Xmas was lovely but I didn't stay my self so can't judge the full experience

Lovely clean villas that make you feel like you're the only one there! The staff are super friendly and the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the closest beach!

Very nice private pool villa hotel. Clean and super comfy. I'd come here again anytime

My main concerns are:
- the AC is rather loud, which makes falling asleep harder, at least for me - I'm used to very silent places
- using water turns on a very loud pump - can be a bit annoying after some time, but not a big problem
- the breakfast option could be a bit more diverse. Only an "american breakfast" (sausage + bacon + fried egg) is available, which after a few days is a bit dull.

There is however a restaurant just around the corner and a 7-11 about 100m nearby - great to grab a few beers for the evening

Lost place. Nice building with nice and private swimming pool. However the staff work affect your stay with hidden costs.

A group of villas in a medium sized holiday compound. Each villa has two bungalows and a private pool. The air-conditioning is outdated and doesn't cool properly, which is a let down in Thailand's humid weather. The ground keepers and house keeping look after the property well and make your stay memorable.

One of the best private resorts in Samui with amazing service, well maintained outdoor and private pools and proximity to a very private beach. Nothing to complain about apart from missing onsite restaurant. They do however have delivery service from a near by restaurant and also have some others within walkable distance.would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful resort. The villas are spacious and well maintained. The staff is courteous. Please note that there is no room service available and everything, right from laundry to food will have to be outsourced. The hotel will help you to access all facilities. Some nice eateries around. There are two 24*7 convenience stores (7 Eleven and Family Mart) nearby as well.
