Quiet and beautiful place with a beautiful pool and nice garden. A special mention for Miss Poupée, the manager very attentive and knowledgeable.

I give Samaya Bura 5 stars. The hotel is in a nice location stunning view, nice setting with infinity pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean PLUS the food is so yummy by Chef Bird. I definitely coming again. I highly remembered if you are in Samui.

Excellent stay in highly complex covid-related measures. We were incredibly well received and assisted by the staff, in particular from Ms. Pupeh.

Should you look for a Sha Extra Plus property in Samui, they’re definitely the right ones. Highly recommended!

Nice and quiet place. We did enjoy our stay. The team was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good as well as coffee, maybe a suggestion to add banana pancake as a choice would be even better. Would definately stay again.

Great hotel but ac unit was making more noise each day we stayed. TV was hard to operate and no instruction. A little stool with wheels by the small table, try not to sit and roll cause it will tip over. Great front desk service by "Poo-pay" (ปูเป้), she was awesome!

It's right next to a fishing village but Lamai Beach is very close, which is the best beach in Samui. We stayed in sea view room, the view was nice, bed was comfortable, room was big but AC was a bit slow. Breakfast was reasonable considering the current conditions during covid period in Koh Samui. Staff were working hard and helpful. Looking forward visiting again soon.

We had booked our stay here for a week and two days prior to arriving we had our accommodation cancelled due to over booking despite still advertising rooms still available. We were staying here part of a wedding party and six of the party had their rooms cancel a day or two before arriving. They were very unhelpful and It caused a lot of unnecessary stress and they would not refund the difference between the new hotels. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience ever. The normal front desk is willing to help but speak poor English. The wifi is not working 90%. What makes it even worst is that the Thai manager is supposed to help to make the customer experience better but on the contrary, she is giving customers very bad attitude, not willing to help to call the transportation, and providing unfriendly service. Seriously worst experience in 15 years of travelling experience.

The mountain view room is actually street view, where it is impossible to sleep as it drives loud cars all night.the room I got had insect inside. The room is not like in the pictures and the super uncomfortable bed.very high value for the quality they offer!

If you buy a Mountain View room you expect a mountain in from of your room. No, here you get a room 3 meters away from the street where is impossible to sleep! Too noisy!

The rooms are dirty, insects are swimming in the pool, the door is full of stains, the toilet bowl is yellow, and there is an open doorway above it. The most important misunderstanding is the ladyboy at the front desk named Rosie. Not friendly, not well-mannered, with poor manners and lack of etiquette. A screaming creature spoils the whole impression of this hotel and creates a bad reputation for it. Does not correspond to the position, rudeness is his second name. Beware.
