Cheating hotel, stolen customer’s money, for 5000 baht with providing a poor room.
A lot of mosquito. No heater shower. Unreasonable price.
Do not recommend for this hotel.

Perfect location just near the all-year long water full Chaloklum bay. Decent bungalows with hot water and aircons, wi-fi. Friendly English speaking staff. Nearby 7-11, groceries and many restaurants - local seafood with fresh fish, squids or mussels as well as Italian restaurants. Bars with good liquors and beers are opened till late. Highly recommended.

In general the quality of this place is very low for the price. No TV nor Fridge. Mattress is very stinky so the room. No blanked: just a huge towel serves you as blanked. Internet does not reach the bungalows (absurd). I have to use my 4G connection.not good for a 800 bath per day! Or even for 600. Only half liter of water is provided for 2 people only the first day: don't expect it the second day etc.
They cut the grass very loudly during the nap time 2-4pm.
I had to Insist 3 times to get my room clean.
Last year a friendly lady was at reception. This year unfriendly people try badly to manage the place. This is an example where location is everything in Thailand. Made the big mistake to pay a week in advance.

Rooms are basic but clean and cosy. Location is perfect: right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Very friendly owners and staff. And very reasonable prices.

My favourite place in Chaloklum, the best beach in Koh Phangan and a beautiful sunset. Love it!

Nice people, very good location next to the beach. The huts were clean, but don't eat there They are really slowly and the food wasn't good
