Unfortunately, something that you always hear about but never actually happens happened.

The scooter was damaged and was willing to pay for it. But then more and more people came to inspect the scooter and then I was charged for even more damage. Of course there was such damage that was not photographed because it was relatively small and rather hidden.

Unfortunately a complete disappointment. He didn't respond to my discussion and simply walked away.

After several years I came back and the owner is the same and simply the best. Great motorbikes, no hassle, just perfect.
Hope to be back sooner than later:)

Amazing and very friendly service. Great place to rent bikes at a very fair price.
I wanted to extend my rental and was able to do so with no issues via WhatsApp.

Can only recommend! They also rent out snorkels for 50thb/day. The bikes were in great condition which is important on this island with many mountains.
He doesn't charge anything for small scratches and fair prices if you get into a bigger accident. No scams here!

Definitely rent from this place! Got into an accident and was charged reasonably for the damaged items only. Not charged for the scratches.

As u can see in the photo, 1 of the side mirror broke and the phone holder was also broken.

When i returned it to the shop, i was asked to pay 150baht for the phone holder and the guy tried to fix back the side mirror. After trying multiple times, he could not fix it back so he had to charge me an additional 150 baht to fix a new side mirror. I was charged a total of 300baht for the damages.

Extremely reasonable! Would definitely rent from here again if i come back!

I cannot recommend RPM highly enough. I rented a CRF250 for a week, the guy gave me a great price and was very understanding when I had to bring it back a day early and gave me a refund for the day I didn’t use it. Bike was in good condition and worked very well.

Great place for bike rental on Koh Tao! Really easy process, passport or 3000 baht deposit required which is great if you don’t want to hand over your passport. Bike was great and came with half a tank of fuel unlike other places. Guy was really sound and a pleasure to deal with!

Easy and reliable place to rent scooters. Big Honda click was 400thb for day and deposit was 5000thb or passport.

I rented a bike here for 1 day at a very reasonable rate 200 baht, with 3000 baht deposit and only passport number (Not Passport). I signed the contract to return the bike the same day before close, but when I got there I asked could I keep it till the morning because we needed to get from the hotel to the pier. The guy here was very professional and calm guy to deal with, would highly recommend this bike company!

Also there was only 2 or 3 bikes left when I got there at 10: 30am which shows how reliable and popular this shop is!

Couldnt recommend enough! The owner doesnt make you pay for scratches which i saw first hand when someone crashed into my bike and he was very reasonable with them, we extended our hire 4 times and even got discount on the last extension! Bike was very reliable and will definately hire from again if i return.

Friendly guy and very flexible. Scooters worked good and there were no issues with payment or passport. Also the return of the scooters worked out well without some of the trust issues you read on other places. Very positive and definitely a recommendation if you are around.

Five years ago I was in Koh Tao. I rented a bike from here and then I crashed it and broke lots of pieces. I brought it back and this guy charged me an absolute a reasonable and minimal fee for repairs. He could of scammed me like many shops do to tourists but he was very honest and friendly. 100% would recommend. Very very honest shop and nice guy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else on the island for bike rentals.

The owner is so nice and friendly.even took me back to the hotel after I return the bike with no additional charge.
If you're coming to koh tao definetly get a bike from this guy!

Best scooter rental company I‘ve ever found in Thailand! We‘ve rented three 110ccm bikes for 250 Baht a day, a scratsch insurance was inclusive. The guy was very friendly and we had no problems at all! Thank you very much!

You will not regret renting your bike here! The owner is a genuine and honest guy. I was overley cautious when I read the horror rental story's but this wasn't needed at all because scratches were insured within the price.
