We did a coconut milk and green curry cooking class, and farm tour with Khun Sao and Khun Rung. Amazing to learn how to choose the right coconut, remove the husk, grate coconut, get the milk, remove oil, and then prep a green curry paste and cook and eat it under the shade of a big mango tree. Then do a farm tour, and see her handmade items. Amazing couple who are passionate about Koh Phagnan and the environment. 500thb per person for a wonderful 2-3 hours of learning hands on. Khun Sao and Khun Rung have a picture of King Rama 9 at the front, he taught to live in a sustainable way, and these two are doing so. Kop Khun Mak ka for a wonderful morning. We had a wonderful morning with Khun Sao and Khun Rung at their organic farm. Our cooking class consisted of making coconut milk for the vegetarian green curry. This couple are so passionate about what they grow on the farm and caring for the environment. Nothing is wasted!
