A good and inexpensive hotel, the area is all green. Nice beach, only a lot of people during the day. We swam here in the morning and left for Chaweng at lunchtime; there are few people there during the day.

Not even one vegan option for breakfast. Beach is veeeery crowded. Rooms were really nice. Bad thing about open bathrooms are mosquitoes. Make sure you’ve got enough mosquito spray with you. The hotel stuff is really nice.

Room was super nice and completely sufficient. In the "bathroom" the stays were rather shorter due to mosquitoes, but overall it was a really nice facility with lots of plants and nice staff.

Breakfast could include a little more choice, more in the direction of Thai food and a coffee machine would be great, but that's usually a problem for the Germans too: P

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent. The beach was stunning, especially during the off-season when it wasn’t too crowded. The rooms were simple but impeccably clean, and the hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped. The service staff was exceptionally friendly.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff are so friendly and kind. The food choice of western and Thai food is fantastic. The rooms with out door shower are clean and comfy. They provide a kettle tea, coffee and afridge. The location on Crystal Beach is superb, lovely and sandy beach.

Enjoyed the overall experience immensely, however the bar/restaurant closed at 5pm, and there was no entertainment in the evenings

The location was great as it has direct access to Silver Beach. Very quiet and awesome rooms. The receptionist was never there one you may need it. The breakfast fscing the sea was one of the best things I could experience there. A nice resort to stay for a few days

Honey, simple clean bungalow, good price accommodation with spectacular serene beach. Nice spot to
Snorkel and lay around on the powdery white clean sand beach with rocky rustic view. Small resort but well kept, good size room. Mattress is a bit hard. Chill vibe. Stayed as walk in for one night.
Next time I want to book the bungalow6 (beachfront) …
I got bungalow 14. Semi sea view I move my chair to far left side on the generous deck at entry way to room.
I like the semi outdoor toilet and shower room. I help not make the wet area moldy or stuffy. Lots of birds and wild life around.

My girlfriend and I stayed 4 days at Promtsuk Buri while traveling Thailand. This is by far the friendliest people they have working at the resort. Moreover, there is a secluded beach that is super nice. Just watch out for the stones. My girlfriend and I would definitely stay here again

Nice cozy and very clean resort. Staff are friendly and courteous. AC wasn't as cold as expected. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend it.

This was my best hotel experience in Thailand ever. Great rooms, magnificient garden and it's only 50 metres to the famous silver beach. The A/C is a bit noisy, but it doenst bother too much. All in all I can fully recommend this place. 5/5 for you

We stayed on the same beach and we had one of our breakfast there. I really like my rice soup with chicken and everything else is delicious as well. Super friendly staff with great service! The villa and the environment look well-organized and clean too!

The Resort was lovely and very well managed. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. We would strongly recommend avoiding bungalows #17 or #18. We were in mini deluxe Seaview bungalow #18 which was located immediately next to the restaurant with absolutely no privacy at all. Unlike all the other bungalows #17 & #18 are new builds and have indoor bathrooms which was a bonus, but the porch areas were very small and porch chairs had straight backs and were super uncomfortable. The uncomfortable porch seat issue was further compounded by the fact there is no other outside seating available at the resort with the exception of one hammock. All of the other bungalows had larger porches with what looked like far more comfortable Lounge style seating. My wife and I are in our early 70s and laying on a towel on the beach for an extended period of time was just not on and since there is no seating provided along the beach (not even for rent) your porch chairs are really key to a comfortable stay.
