The mattress is not clean, there is sand on the mattress every day, the bathroom is not washed.

In the first day the air conditioner don’t work.
In the 2 day the shower don’t work.
In the 3 day the air conditioner don’t work again.
And then we don’t have a hot water.
The stuff don’t want to help us.no room service.
The pool rent for diving lessons and in the morning the make a lot of noise.
And then the manager told me to shut up.and the price is very high, don’t come back never.it’s a joke.

The worst place I ever been in my life!
Nothing work and too expensive for nothing special.
The reception always reacts like you are their employee

Very nice stay. Rooms were cleaned every day and the staff are very helpful with questions. Unfortunately, the shower was only warm for a short time, so we mainly had to take a cold shower.

The budget rooms are very large with their own kitchenette.

Mixed opinion: on the one hand very pleasant staff and very clean room, cleaned every day. Cool and pleasant swimming pool. On the other hand, very noisy on the fourth floor, as the corridors only contain a terrace for many rooms. If you're close to the terrace, party all night. Then, the swimming pool, whose bar is closed, closes at random times, whereas announced open until 22: 00 (once closed at 19: 30). Finally, more restaurant, bar, and breakfast to take a few streets away. A few months after Covid reopening, we are far from the expected criteria.

Great moment in this lovely, quiet and clean hotel. The owner is such a smiling person and you can feel like you're at home there.
The swiming pool and the rooms are great.

WARNING WARNING!
Someone had gone through our bags one day when we got back to our room. Things were displaced and on further inspection we found that 5000 baht was missing! We had locked the door and the staff claim that they always locked the door as well which means that the person that took the money most likely has a key. We never saw who took them and the hotel management asked their staff and nobody knew either. In the process of informing the hotel management we were asked to search our bags and had to empty the entire content of our bags out on the bed IN FRONT OF the hotel staff! Extremely uncomfortable. Other than that very sketchy and uneven water heat going from freezing cold to burning within seconds. Not at all a place to recommend!
