Very nice place, good homemade food. The hosts are very kind and friendly. Absolutely revommendable!

Be careful, the European chef is not open to criticism! We had commented that we didn't particularly appreciate the coriander that was abundant in the stir-fried rice and whether it could be left out next time. Fish & chips, dessert, pina: all good.
Nevertheless, this comment has already been interpreted as inappropriate criticism.
Amazed to see us again on our next visit. Didn't start well and then escalated quickly. The homemade Lime & Honey Lemonade was fermented similarly to Federweißer. This was presented as natural fermentation? ! We were then served a red curry that tasted very strongly of lime. A rogue who thinks evil of it. Of course we didn't say that, we just mentioned the strong lemony note. The chef then really freaked out, didn't listen at all and kept complaining very loudly. Downright choleric.
It sounds strange after all the good reviews, but there were three of us and I have two witnesses. I would advise against fusion cuisine and limit myself to the European offering.
The only alternative to Centara is the 'Cool' beach bar, which also offers Thai dishes. Or go straight to Lamai.
