PODIUM GYM

Podium is exactly what I’ve been looking for: clean, modern, managed! It has great amenities like big showers, sauna and ice bath. Highly recommend! ️

Podium is a great gym, spacious and clean. Great workout material as well. Sauna + Ice bath are a big plus.
I enjoy working out there.

As for a gym on the island, equipment is of good quality. Indoor facilities with AC is a plus too!

I love podium gym. It has 2 squat racks, full dumbbell selection, great cardio, stretching, CrossFit and great staff.

It is always clean and air conditioned.

There is a gym and classes. Well maintained and with a very kind staff. Locals come to the place. We came on vacation and just came to a children's ninja class. It was exceptional and I would definitely recommend all families with children in the area to spend an hour in adventure sports.

Best gym I’ve been to in Thailand by far and at the same price I’ve paid for the others which makes it all the more special.

A/C, quality equipment, chalk, ice bath, sauna, this place was a great find. The lady who was behind the desk was also great, really friendly and helped me get a taxi home at a fair price, negotiating the driver down in Thai.

Had a great workout and experience here.

A truly European gym!
I was shocked when I came here for the first time! Everything is clean, air conditioners, fans, towels, power, cardio, everything is great. One sauna and an ice font is worth something, just a bomb.
Sometimes I come to practice, but it turns out that I get high in the sauna more) Magnificent hall.
Thanks to the owners from the bottom of my heart for creating a paradise in paradise!)

Nice A/C gym, although if you go during the busy times it gets a bit crowded. The ice bath and sauna room are dope and made the monthly package worth it for us to turn our island stay into a bit of a health retreat.

Cherry on top there is an adorable and friendly cat that hangs around sometimes that will bring you good luck

Kuule Box, super Coach und tolle Workouts. Man wird korrigiert und motiviert. Dusche etc.modern und sauber. Sogar ein Eisbad gibt es

I’m in love with this gym! Not that crowded especially in the morning. Everything you need to be fit it here!

Gym is a huge passion of mine so whilst solo travelling it’s tough to find places that tick all the boxes however this gym did exactly that! Has all the EQT you could ever need & more in a gym! + has few added extras like plunge pool sauna etc which just makes it that extra special & nice! Value for money is crazy good!

Nice staff, CrossFit Area outside could be little more clean but otherwise everything else was great

Love this gym. Wife and I have been doing CrossFit since 2011 and both agree the Yael (spelling) is one of the better coaches we’ve worked with. She notices movement patterns well and provides solid feedback. The gym itself is also great and features a sauan, hot tub, ice bath and an expanding array of equipment. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming greeting everyone with a smile.

It’s happen to me twice now that the gym loses my sessions/membership and I have to pay again. Would not recommend paying anything long term.

Mit rießem Abstand das beste Gym auf der Insel! AC, alles sauber, man kann Wasser auffüllen, man bekommt Handtücher, das Personal ist freundlich, es gibt alles an Geräten was man braucht. Waren 1 Monat hier und waren super happy!:)

I like the gym, it's very clean and although it's not big you will find what you need to exercise.
And the view of the palms in the barbell area is unique. You get also free water and it's got an air conditioning. Staff is also very friendly.
P. S.: It shouldn't be allowed to exercise without shirt! First of all for hygienic reason and in the most cases for optical reasons too!

The only fully aircon gym on this part of the island. A compact gym with steam room on the third floor.

Great gym. You can take your shirt off and work out. Good for backpackers that hate to always clean.
