“Connecting happiness” TOTALLY A LIE terrible agency, the woman that “greet” us at the office was super rude, start yelling that we had to pay for our bag because it was big and also she kept telling us that we arrive late for the check in but it was because all of the other transports that we took WITH THEM were delayed. Bad service, terrible staff

It takes about 2 hours from Surat Thani to Krabi Town. Minivan fare is 290 baht, departure at 12 o'clock.

Very good experience. Very nice and helpful staff especially Dao and they have great prices too. Thank you! This was when we went from Surat thani to Koh Samui. Unfortunatelly we got contact number from this lady telling us just text her if we need transfer to Koh Phangan. We did so, set the pick up time at 10: 15 am. 10: 30 nobody showed up, so I contact her again. She asked me for tickets? I was like what tickets? You told me I’m going to pay to driver. So her respond was that they didn’t pick up because of the rain and they are not coming back for us. We end up to arrange our own transport to Koh Phangan. It’s such a shame, because we wanted to use this agency for our transport to Krabi and Koh Lanta too. Unfortunatelly we’ll use different one as we can’t rely on this agency.

Really bad experience. We were told that we would travel by bus but they shifted us to mini van when 3.5 hours journey was left. Company trying to get more money from you if they can. They wanted 300 bath extra for each of our luggage because they said it was too big. If a person is travelling from another country they would at least one small trolley.
Plus the lady was SOOOOO RUDE with totally unexplained behaviour. Every 30 seconds she is shouting li either pay as or we are leaving you here.
This Company is a SCAM! And staff is very unfriendly.

Actually didn't deserve a star. We had to wait over an hour twice at the stops from Samui to Krabi and then pay extra for our luggage even though we were previously assured that we wouldn't have to pay extra. In the end they arrived way too late due to the waiting times. So we were on the road for ages and not the 5 hours stated

Connecting Sadness instead of connecting happiness! The bus from Don Sak was delayed by 2 hours and then the bus driver did 3 personal stops on our way to Krabi. All in all ferry was 6/10 but bus service was 0/10. Bus staff was very rude to everyone.

Was there on time. Easy to deal with. Pay 100 batt once you get on the bus. Am attendant will come to ask for money or a receipt. Reputable company

A delay of more than 3 hours due to the stupidity of the staff! When you are traveling with two small children, it is critical…

The worst company in all of Thailand! All processes are very poorly organized. The staff is stupid, they are forced to change seats along the way, take out and re-fold luggage.

I do not recommend using their services to anyone!

Earlier I went with Lompraya company - everything was great with them!

Nice experience. The boat was good from koh samui to Surat thaniband they even dropped us to bus station

Completely unorganised. They will drop you on the side of the road to wait hours for your next bus, which may or may not be too full since there is no planning. Good way to turn a 2.5 hour drive into a 9 hour journey from hell.

Avoid travelling with these guys! They sold way too many tickets and left everyone stood outside for an hour waiting for another bus which they didn’t have. Only then to have to use another buses company making people miss there flights. The arriving in Phuket and the driver taking money from others to go another location! So 3 hours late and we’ve still not arrived! Used another travel company on the way to Samui from Phuket and they were great so avoid using this company!

Driver refuses to take a 2 minute break for toilette. Tells us he will stop in 30 minutes. When checking again he tells us he will stop another 30 minutes later. Ridiculous behavior towards the travellers.

Worst travel experience ever! Unorganised at the pier where we supposed to get picked up, finally in a bus after numerous times asking with poor communication. Then told to stay on the bus by staff which then brought us to the wrong place.left stranded at completely wrong location and no other buses left. Staff at the drop off then did nothing and expected up to purchase a new ticket even though it was their fault! Fuming had to then pay for a private taxi int he end. Don’t waste your time

Very unfriendly driver leu leu go. Office staff get annoyed after two questions. After so long in thailand is quite usual to me, I can tell. I don’t get surprised anymore quite common

So disorganized. Went from one van to another van to another van. Took about an hour for them to coordinate who is going on what van. The main lady organizing it was very rude to customers.charging people extra for bags. Truly is the worst bus expiernece I’ve ever had. Go with Lompraya speed boat if you can.

We arrived, which is why I give two stars out of 5.

We booked via 12GO Asia a combined ferry and bus ride from Koh Phangan to Krabi. I don’t want to talk about the ferry ride operated by Seatrain which was a very scary experience as the ferry swayed from left to right and vice versa for most of the tour. 2 times it was so bad, many passengers on board thought we would tip over (including me).

The bus tour by Phantip Travel, then began with waiting at the Donsak Pier for over 30 minutes before we even started. Moreover, the bus driver gave us no information why we had to wait that long. Finally, we thought we would stop somewhere halfway, instead, the bus driver stopped right outside of Krabi for a 15 min.break which seemed totally unnecessary as we were almost there.

I travelled with Phantip from Koh Samui to Phuket and did not have a pleasant trip. The hotel pickup and ferry ride was great, however the bus journey from Surat Thani to Phuket was unbearable. There was a leak in the roof and a number of passengers (including myself) had water dripping on us the entire way. Our seats and clothes were saturated by the end. Not impressed.
