Phantip Company Office

We traveled with Phantip, also very spontaneously (only a day in advance). We were picked up at our hotel lobby and taken to the pier. After a short wait we were taken to the speedboat and then we continued on to Koh Lanta in the minivan. No delays, no waiting, no problems. The staff was very accommodating.

The company is so efficient and well organised. They made my trip from Surat Thani to Koh Samui and back effortless and stress free. They were on time and the trips went smoothly.

It's good transportation they got a bus service from the surratthani airport to Don sak pier and a ferry service from don sak pier to na thon pier Samui

Don't even think about traveling with this company. They have charged us 200 baths more when we got to the bus to buy the ticket and they have not left us where we should in Krabi so that their taxi driver friends could take us.
We left 50 minutes later than scheduled and they left without warning a girl who left the bus while waiting.
They are rude and unpleasant. Either you pay more without complaining or they leave you on the street.

They are scammers.
The bus is fine and they go with their corresponding t-shirts as a reliable company.
But they charge you almost twice as much as if you buy the ticket at the window or online.
1,000B for a trip that should have cost 600B!

The biggest failure that could have happened to me in Thailand - due to the action that happened right after leaving the airport and my own foresight, of course, I did not take advantage of the offer, scammers, fraudsters and the taxi mafia. If you use your head a little and manipulate the applications on your phone, you will get everywhere and sail several times cheaper without strange intermediaries and old time sufferers who intimidate and put pressure by following others.

Worst service we got in Thailand. We were traveling from Koh Samui to Khao Sok. The boat and the bus were OK, but then we were moved to some small van without any proper air-conditioning and no place for bags. All the tickets include one dag per person, but in fact you are sitting with all your belongings in front on you, on your knees and more.
The driver stops every 5 minutes to make extra money delivering packages and mails, so it takes much more time in terrible conditions to get to your hotel

The staff is not friendly.we travelled from Koh Samui To Phuket.we were charged extra for our bags everytime we changed buses or vans.and they make you wait at every change for 45mins.it's a lot of waste of time overall.would not recommend.

The bus amd ferry are good. But do NOT pay for the transfer to your hotel, even though ots cheaper, its much more worth it to pay more and get your own taxi. They made us be in a van for 1hour and a half when it was only a 30 min trip to our hotel. For the way back, we waited 30 min in our hotel as well to get picked up.

We booked a trip from Koh Samui to Ao Nang. They were supposed to pick us up at the hotel. After 30min od waiting we called 3 different numbers and they said that nobody is coming for us and that we should get our own ride. When we got to their office they refunded us some money which was less than the taxi we paid. The rest of the trip was fine.

It was pretty stresfull early in the morning thats why 3 stars.

The ladies at the office took very good care of me, my special complicated case and my getting a bit impatient. A wonderful example of proper.customer care. Thank you

Baggage is charged 50% extra of the ticket price.
We made it halfway, they told us this after the ferry just before we were supposed to get on the bus.
Terrible experience.

Booked a transfer from Koh Samui to Krabi. Ferry was ok. First minivan switch was also ok, lady was moody. Next minivan switch was disastrous. Driver didn’t articulate my destination so I got stuck on the wrong bus. Had to turn around to head back to the right bus. A lot of mad faces. Luckily they brought me back and I made it to Krabi none the less, that’s why 2 stars.

Other than the bag policy where you need to pay extra if the luggage is large (you may find luggage is handled the same even after paying like I did), I had good experiences.

Awful company AVOID. Our ferry left early despite us arriving on time, phoned Phantip office to ask what happens with our transfer. Very rude staff, kept saying “goodbye” when I was midway through speaking, kept interrupting. Very unhelpful and offered no advice what so ever.

I will never use this company in the future if other options exist. I made a mistake booking the night before, and went to their office 2 hours early. They would not print out my tickets that were accidentally booked for 2 days later (so I could see if the ferry would allow them), nor would they help me with the app to adjust the date. My wife, who is Thai spoke with them in their native language, so nothing was lost in translation. We were the only ones in the office, and the office workers didn't get out of their seats or try and help. Were they too lazy, too inept or did they think they could sell my tickets in 2 days and pocket the money? I don't know. We had to buy the same ferry and bus tickets again, for a boat was that was less that half full. Their complete lack of any type of assistance leaves me no choice, but to recommend future potential customers to try somewhere else.

Very rude charge us twice only care about our money there is other options for transportation. Its better to use them

We are very satisfied with this service - Friendly and punctual. But you really should ask for the exact pier number.

Dadurch, dass das Büro, bei welchem man dann das tatsächliche Ticket für seinen Trip aktivieren soll sehr weit vom Pier entfernt ist, verzögert sich die Anfahrt um unverständlich lange Zeit.
Hinzu kommt das fachlich schlecht ausgebildete und völlig unfreundliche Personal.

With this company, you run the risk of being late for your plane and your ferry. This is an irresponsible company that does not value your time. Never use this service.
