The rooms are still just as nice but the restaurant is closed. There is limited electric service.
You have to arrange your own transport.

It's old and dirty. Animals in the bed, the room stink like an old bar, pool is falling apart, the owners or personal is just disappear after check in, nobody there, feels like in a ghost hotel. It's not worth it so expensive

Do not book this property, they have a single staff running the entire hotel who left before the sunset, and then there was no one in the hotel, even if you need water, there wouldn't be anyone to get it.
When we arrived there was no one. They turn off the electricity for 6-7 hours. In addition to this, the property can only be reached through speed boat which takes 30 mins and they charge 300 baht.
Worst experience. Pathetic property.

Booked 2 nights on Agoda, arrived and nobody was there - the place was closed. A lady came and said they closed because the generator broke a while ago, but they hadn't thought to contact us to let us know. We were then stuck on a beach innaccessable by road and the boat had long gone.

Super ridiculous. We had no electricity during the night and no water at all. Not even a backup light or anything - the whole resort is completely dark. When I complained the next day about the water (we couldn't even go to toilet, wash our hands or take a shower) then they offered a reduction of 500 THB for the room. So for 1500 THB per night you definitely get something better.

Don’t stay. Not worth the money. We’ve come here 3 different times with friends and it’s always a bad experience. No electricity during the day, so no wifi, no aircon let alone fan, room and facility is very old and looks abandoned. They don’t inform you if they turn off electricity or not. Very poor service, poor food. Dirty bathroom, towels and robes smell like cockroach. Not worth the price they are asking for.

Bigblue Bungalows beside this resort is better, and 4x cheaper, with electricity all day.

Great view of the Haad Yuan beach and bay. Basic facilities all good but there was no electricity daily from 1pm to 4pm. Go there for the location and wonderful beach. Quite a few party places within 15 min walk or single boat ride.
To get there from Koh Samui -> Take a boat from Big Buddha Pier (10 min cab from Samui airport) to Haad Rin Pier. From Haad Rin take a boat ride (15 mins) to Haad Yuan Pier.

Horrible experience! We stayed here only because they have a pool and we were here with three kids, then our plans changed and we had to stay three more nights and when we went to the reception to book them they said it was no problem. The day after while we were in the pool with the kids they came to ask us if we can check out, to which we said that we are staying three more nights, as agreed. They said we can’t because the person we talked to „no longer works here and he didn’t book it“, so we are left with no place to stay during full moon parties while every other place is booked out. And then they say if we pay 9000 Baht/night (260€) then we can stay in the room. The electricity while we stayed didn’t work, it would be on and off randomly, the wifi was also not working. We were also offered another room for the rest of the nights with just a double bed for five people and when we got there it was obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned whatsoever (bathtoob was dirty with even some shampoo left behind, and same with the toilet), also there were ants everywhere also in the bed, so we did not stay. An absolute disaster. Never again.

Nul. C'est vraiment un scandale cet hôtel. Ne pas venir.

The place is calm and really beautiful. A bit delapidated so I would not give it 4 stars based on contemporary standards but it is definitely worth the money especially if you are looking for calm and nature rather than luxury and convenience.

Room had ants, staff was clueless, breakfast wasn't good either. There are better and cheaper accommodation option on this and nearby beaches.

Beautiful beach, with nice granite Stones and White sand. Hotel staff all were very friendly and so helpful. After a 20hrs journey we arrived very late in the night, but friendly staff from the front desk waited for us with a welcome Cocktail. I kindly apprechiated that, because we arrived some time after service hours.

What was VERY bad is the matter that the boat Transfer was SO Expensive for the 15min trip from the Ferry terminal, that we got very angry about this Kind of usury. But These People are not from the Hotel.

The hotel has the best rooms at the beach and a nice swimming pool but that's it. The price you pay is too much for such a place. Most of the rooms are not close to the beach and not clean. The food not that good and the staff look sad all the time.

I awoke in the middle of the night to loud EDM music. Troubled, i walked outside my room to find one of the staff, drunk, and playing music from their speaker system. I attempted to communicate with him to turn it off but he grungingly reduced the volume instead. It was still pretty loud and so my girlfriend went to turn it off. Luckily he was passed out and couldn’t refuse us again.
The next morning I mentioned this to reception and they shorty responded with, “okay, I will tell him. ”
This is not how any hotel should treat it’s guests. I recommend staying at the Sanctuary or any of the many other options nearby.

Pariya is the only upscale resort on Haad Yuan. The villas are huge and beautiful. Very clean and modern with great facilities. Room rates vary and if you’re lucky you can get a really good deal on a villa. Beautiful view and located in a tropical garden with jungle in the background it’s the perfect place to stay on Haad Yuan if you’re not on a budget. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice swimming pool. Bar and Restaurant onsite. The only option in Haad Yuan if you’re looking for some luxury.
