Paradise Beach Resort

Absolutely great Beachfront resort. Amazing Service, very nice Breakfast.a little hidden and not at the main street.perfect for a relaxing stay.

Unfortunately, it's not the best hotel. We stayed in a sea front room, which at night had poor sewage smells all through the night. Restaurant food was terrible and not the greatest choice or quality.service was hit and miss and not up to 4 star levels. There's a lot if mosquitoes around so make sure you bring sprays etc. Wouldn't wish to stay here again as disappointing and not worth the money.

Anyone traveling with small children is in good hands here. They don't stand out among the many loud Indians. If you prefer peace and quiet and a beautiful beach, I recommend another hotel. Rooms are tip top. The facility is clean and the breakfast is good. A bit too remote for me.

Excellent combination of price and quality. Second time we stayed at this hotel. But in December the sea is not very good. Rains and rivers flow directly onto Maenam Beach.

Super nice and attentive staff, great rooms and a very nice hotel complex. Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

We spent several weeks at the PARADISE BEACH Resort, and loved our stay.
The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and we felt at home. The room was pretty, spacious and bright, the bedding comfortable, the functional bathroom with lots of storage for all beauty products.
The staff is nice and helpful, our housekeeper Jen was lovely and very attentive to us, never forgetting a kind attention, some fruits, flowers…
The must is the fabulous tropical garden. We were awakened by the singing of birds, and from our terrace we could watch squirrels playing in the trees.
Just go down a few steps to enjoy a nice bath in the warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand, particularly pleasant at sunset.
There are enough sunbeds, however some additional umbrellas would be appreciated.
We left the PARADISE BEACH Resort sad and with regret, but head and heart filled with such beautiful memories!
We’ll be happy to go back.

I don’t understand why people like this place. After booking I expected more and and an nice experience.
I hope u guys can change it because the hotel is beautiful but not taken care of.

The Bad;
Very low water pressure in shower
Very hard bed and poor quality pillows
Rationing of toilet paper (2 small rolls daily)
Limited to 2 bottles of water daily in a hot humid tropical weather conditions
TV has only one (1) channel in English and its European news only (German mostly).
Not much of a beach and rocks in water
Secluded area must take taxi to good restaurants and entertainment
The Good;
Nice grounds but need work just as the accommodation buildings
Very nice and helpful staff as most Thais are! Biggest plus!

Schöne location
Keine Liegen direkt am Strand, bzw direktes Liegen am Strand nicht wirklich möglich dafür am Pool daneben.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Mittelmäßiges Essen.

Perfect SHA hotel. Good quality, perfect size on the room, friendly staff and perfect location.

Well appointed large rooms and bungalows.
Great staff who are very attentive and helpful.
Quite location but reception can arrange ant outing or activities you need.

Überaus hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, vom Resort Manager über die Rezeption bis zum Kellner. Traumhafter Ausblick von den Liegen über das Meer. Toll ausgestattetete, saubere und angenehme Zimmer inkl. Nespresso Maschine. Super Massagen. Ruhige Lage abseits der Hauptstraße, in 5 bis 10 min zu Fuß bei Restaurants und Moped-Verleih. Idyllische und grüne Anlage - wirklich ein Paradies.

Lage top, super Zimmer und Anlage, Essen sehr gut (wenn auch etwas teuer). Leider wurden die Liegestühle schon in der Nacht belegt. Der Strand ist zum Teil sehr wenig und das Wasser kommt fast bis zur Mauer, das wäre ok, man kann super schwimmen, allerdings gibt es so Plankton-Quallen, die furchtbar beißen können, ein wenig wie Ameisen. Aber da kann ja das Hotel nichts dafür. Zum Geburtstag gab es eine schöne Überraschung vom Hotel, Blumen, Kuchen usw. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, nicht so überlaufen wie an anderen Stränden und dennoch kann man überall Läden und Restaurants finden.

Durch Zufall sind wir auf dieses Hotel gestoßen und waren sofort begeistert. Überschaubare Hotelanlage, sehr sauber, extrem freundliches Personal. Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Massagen im Hotel sind top. Wenn es uns wieder einmal in diese Gegend verschlägt, dann wird es sicher wieder das Paradise Beach Resort. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We stayed at Paradise Beach Resort for 10 nights, in all honesty this resort is a great place with lush gardens, two pools and a restaurant and bar all situated in a convenient location so close to local shops and markets!

The weather wasn't too great for the first couple of days and the beach was almost non existent for the first week due to the holiday being at the end of the monsoon season which was quite heartbreaking, non the less all of the staff went above and beyond to make our holiday as perfect as possible.

We were quite surprised to find that the housekeeping staff changed sheets and all towels on the daily, the bar/restaurant staff were always very upbeat, polite and went the extra mile to make us feel at ease!

The only negatives about the experience as a whole were 3 things:

- The pool needs some serious work with the grout, we both had cuts on our feet from sharp tiles.

- The buffet breakfast bacon is pre fried and then re re fried upon ordering despite requesting fresh pieces on 3 separate occasions.

- There was no on site gym facility, which would benefit a lot of people.

The staff were amazing! Especially the staff at the bar and front desk! We're always smiling and gave a great vibe to the place! Would highly recommend!

I'm only giving it three stars because we got upgraded to a beachfront bungallow and this offset a lot of things. Otherwise it would be two or even one. In general hotel is really tired, construction is all over the place, breakfast is sub par comparing to the rest of hotels in the area and stuff seems to be careless. Rooms are also past their best days - but the ocean view of course compensated for some of the bad stuff.

Just had an amazing time at this resort. The staff have constantly provided excellent service. They are friendly, professional and hard working. The venue is very peaceful and offers a relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in a beach side Villa that was well maintained and comfortable. Overall a very positive experience!
