Papillon Bar & Restaurant - Koh Samui

Superb place very beautiful magnificent a quiet place charming helpful and smiling, at the foot of the beach and 4 minutes from the center

Rooms looked good but there were no facilities inside

Bonus: there was a scorpion in my room which jumped on my hand out of nowhere. It then ran and they couldn't find it. We slept hoping it wouldn't come again

In the top! We recommend. We had several superb family stays at Papillon resort. The staff and super friendly welcome and the fantastic cuisine.

A wonderful place with cute and typical bungalows where you can relax.
The shrimp carpacio is a real delight

Owned by chilled French couple. On the beach with nice view of the sunrise and the sea. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Easy access on foot and bike but a little challenging with car. Overall worth the stay

Fantastic sea views. Very welcoming hosts.nice pool. We had a great sea view room with good comfortable queen bed. Very good restaurant. You have to come if only for the view. Can't be beaten

It's a nice place to enjoy a drink & food. At the moment the menu is limited but the food we had was amazing. Friendly owners and the views are amazing!

Papillon, great Resort owned by a french Couple. Very friendly service. Great location. Close to Chaweng, Airport. Came for 2 nights stayed 6 nights. Food at lunch delicious. I will come back!

Very friendly staff, good service, and good food. Situated on the beach with nice views of the bay, Papillon was a nice place to stop for lunch and to spend a little time.

We came here mainly to walk on the beach during low tide and found this restaurant right at the beach so we decided that it would be perfect to get a table for some of our group to rest for a drink while the others take a stroll on the beach. We had a nice afternoon on the beach and also in the restaurant.

Very freindly staff with good service. Food are very nicely served and taste really good. Very affordable price as well

Hotel staff stole my money from my room.
Don't trust the friendly staff, don't stay in room no 16, I have raised complaint with tourism department. Don't share any details of your activities or next destination with hotel staff. Also hotel Is not cooperating at all after my money loss. Only saving their tail. Be cautious before booking here

Restaurant's food is good and staff is nice. They allowed us to swim in the pool after having lunch there despite not being guests at the hotel:)

Went in not expecting much but seriously.

Dirt/mud in water supply
Construction banging during night. Would have been useful to know adjacent was a construction site when booking.

Good darkness in rooms. Staff friendly and tried hard.

Wifi and 3G signal reception both very poor
When I went to ask if could changes rooms to improve signal/reception mgmt told me that every room was bad and wifi problem was with provider and common.

Good luck running a hotel in this day and age with that as a starting point
