Good gym with all you need if you love fitness. Probably not ideal if you are a bit precious as it has very few extra frills

Great place for a workout. Has most of the equipment you need for a workout. 100B is a really good price for a day pass specially compared to all the other overpriced gyms on the island. Also they have free towels
Awesome gym for that 100baht day pass price. There is alot machines and free weights you can train all parts of your body. Just give it a go.
The best gym I have visited in Thailand. Has everything you will need to get all your muscle group workouts in with machines and free weights and punching bags. Great atmosphere. Amazingly nice sisters that are running the gym.clean, absolutely affordable (the best prices on the island) and never packed so can always get your machines. Positive is you can train with a shirt off not like in western gyms. Plenty of fans as it is open air.
Excellent value at 900 Baht/month. New equipment, helpful staff and good vibe. No aircon but very well ventilated. Very central and outstanding value for money.

Well fitted out gym.enviting appearance. 3 rooms main gym leg work out room.upstairs cardio room.main gym cooled by fans no air con.many prefer.good sound system including large TV Bluetooth connected. Has all you need for complete exercises. Half the price off the other gyms.toilet and small shower room at the back.very impressive.gym.

Trained at this gym a couple times now, cheap prices for day or month and brand new machines and equipment! No aircon but lots of fans throughout the gym - highly recommend!
