The place it's well located very near to the peer, rooms ar ver basic and are ok, but price quality ratio it's not good at all.

Nice room but room service does not clean the room only change towels
The shower is nothing
There is no elevator
Huge pool

I absolutely loved this place. The rooms were clean, large and comfortable. The property is very well maintained and quiet. The pool area was very relaxing. Staff was friendly, helpful, and always available.

Rooms somewhat okay. Water isn't flowing out of the shower head properly because it's clogged. There is a bit of choice at the breakfast buffet. You can't open the door to the room properly without turning the lock. That means: either lock it or leave it open.

To flee!

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in in 2 months of traveling in Thailand! Exorbitant prices and terrible service.

The staff is unfriendly to the point, the hygiene is catastrophic: the 2 nights I stayed here I was invaded by thermite!

So I asked for a refund and was fired like a disaster by the boss who was disconcertingly insolent at 10 p.m. With no possibility of accommodation because we were 2 days away from the island's festivities.

The customer service also needs to be reviewed. It took me more than a month and a half to be reimbursed after multiple lack of response from them.

It is not my habit to leave this kind of message but for the sake of your trip, it seemed essential to spare you this hotel.

Perfectly located for the full moon party. 5-10 minute walk to all the action but just the perfect distance away for actual sleeping.

Four stars because it was exactly what we wanted for location and the pool area was really nice!

But, the refrigerator didn’t work, someone else wrote that in a comment, makes me wonder if we got the same room.

Internet was completely useless which also makes the tv useless. It won’t let you log in half the time and the other half it will just cut off and kick you off completely.

Floor tiles were loose and coming up on the edges possibly creating a potential hazard, especially for children.

I’d stay here again for the full moon party forsure.

The fridge didn't work, the air con only had one setting which was too cold, there was no hand soap, the toilet paper bin had no lid which is unsanitary, not enough toilet paper was provided, the tv remotes didn't work, there were cockroaches, they played loud music during the day so we couldn't nap after attending the full moon party.

Great for the price! Really close to the pier that brings you from Koh Samui. 15 minute walk to the "full moon beach".
Check-in was easy, friendly staff. The pool is nice, not a lot of seating though.
Breakfast was good too!
Rooms are definitely a little dated but everything worked well (TV, aircon, etc).

Place is more than beautiful but.when we where there we were the only customer (2). We saw on Agoda price with breakfast (800b) and didnt book it and they said it was 800+300 if we wanted BF. Thus we used agoda in front of them. Smile was fake everyday to my opinion. Everyone was sleeping or playing on his phone. Precision: dont take their bf, it is not so good and expensive for what it is. We asked for something else on the extended menu (cheaper) and they refused it.we left at this point because if they cant do this for their ONLY client they are not worth to be in their hotel! No soul in this hotel.

Nice bungalows for a reasonable price in a very nice garden environment just near the sea. Tasty breakfast on the second floor with a nice view. Good reception service.

Rooms were nice and the pool was lovely (providing you can get a sunbed as they are limited to 12). Breakfast was average. Nice stay.

Nice, right on the beach, a lot better than sleeping in the sunset beach club part of the hotel.try taking one of the rooms which are close to the sea, if its high tide, the water will reach right to your rooms doorsteps.

Koh Phangan is an island popular for full moon party and for cheap booze. Hotel location is very important here. You can stay near two beaches which are 10 minutes walk away. One is haadrin beach-the popular one and the other one is the Sunset beach. Neptune villa is at Sunset beach. It's an wonderful establishment with a variety of room options. Has private beach, transfer facilities, pool almost every amenities. Also it's very near from Haadrin Pier!

All good - room, location. Breakfast still a little bit disappointing. We don't have glasses for water, and small towels for the face. But the pool is great and very clean, it's also very long and good for cardio swimming. Altogether, nice place worthy of the price, but book it without breakfast, it equals ~ 7€ and is very basic - 2 eggs however you want them with toasted bread bun and a slice of processed cheese in it OR bacon/sosage, and some cut up tomatoes and cucumbers as a side, you can get anything you want for this money at any restaurant that serves breakfast. And there is no lack of restaurants nearby!

Fantastic place to stay at a good price! We booked 4 nights at first but decided to extend with 2 more as we loved it here. The staff is super nice, they are very helpful, polite and made our vacation amazing. There were no small towels just big ones but when we asked, they gave us small ones, too. The music at the pool is playing the whole day, we loved it. The pool is long enough to swim. The breakfast is delicious but it is the only thing I'd say is overpriced. You can get better breakfast at any of the close by restaurants. We used their laundry service, which we were also happy with. We stayed at a room with pool view, but the bungalows also looked great. The hotel is located on a beach with no sand but calm waters so you can swim. It's in 7 min walking distance from the haad Rin beach.
