Natural Wing Health Spa

The spa was definitely the strong point of this resort. Nice massage experience. The room was good too, however there was some kind of animal walking on the ceiling (not the roof) during the night. I was thinking raccoon size. Also the pool was gross. They tried cleaning it after we mentioned it, but you still couldn't see the bottom. We wanted to get our money back after the first night. The manager was really nice and recently followed an empathy course I think, as she always had her own example of how we must be feeling. She offered us a free massage to compensate, but we couldn't get the following nights refunded. So we stayed. Also the breakfast was very simple. The beach restaurant is basically a shed with chairs.

Disappointing.
Room infested with centipedes and spiders.
No clean towels
Poor physical condition, especially beach bar/restaurant. Almost dangerous access to beach.
Poor, incompetent service. Orders forgotten, attention overlooked. Menu selections not available.
Very far from other attractions. Poor location.
Ordered kalamae candy to be delivered, forgotten and not done.
Overall negative experience and disappointing.
Do not recommend.

The condition of the resort is unacceptable. Room smells badly, with a lot of mosquitoes and spiders. Swimming pool was very dirty. Breakfasts were very poor and very untasty. I don't recommend this resort

Disaster. It is not 4stars resort. There were plenty of bugs and moscitos. Breakfasts were from the menu and just few choices. Bulgalows are so old that they look really bad inside. Sheets weren't changed even when it was blood on it. Avoid the resort. Price for 2-persons bungalow= 1500baths per night

Had a Herbal Massage (60mins) for 1500 baht. I don’t feel much massage at all, mainly is applying heat using some sort of towel onto my skin.

1. Our flush never worked.
2. The safe never worked.
3. The toilet had a leak.
4. The Fridge had a leak.
5. The battery of the air con remote needed a change.
6. After a cleaning our room whilst we were out our door was left open.
7. Have no clue on how to make a simple pizza it was a complete joke just flat bread with cheese.

The staff from the beach restaurant are nice but sooo lazy and they dont speak english.

You have to go to them to take the menu /go back to order/ go back to pay they all talking under the bar.
When you want to pay sometimes they ignore you, i was in front of all of them asking the bill no one looked at me.so i left and pay the day after.

After the following they gave us a new room and still we had to move our own things again and recieved no help from the staff by moving our bags.

I find this hotel service to be totally unacceptable for the price we paid and i would not advise anyone to go there.

The manager as to close and do everything again.

This is nothing more than a glorified bed&breakfast.
The only plus point was that our room got serviced every day.
Staff was not very helpful, whenever we made an enquiry they had to phone the owner.
Breakfast was served cold and the restaurant on the beach had no ambience.
Our last morning there we woke up from someone trying to open the door to our joint room, turned out it was 2 minibus drivers that got a key from reception to take a shower in the room next to ours.

Paid a lot got a very sub standard massage. There were dead bugs everywhere. A huge spider in the bathroom, then not sure what dead insect it was in the changing room. Massage was meh. The only good thing was we left the place around 9pm and there were no Taxis or people on the road. We started walking and they sent someone to drop us off.

I was expecting more when I saw the reviews on this place.

We have only been to the Restaurant and the small beach restaurant/bar, not the spa itself. So this review is for the food place.
3-4 stars for friendliness and effort.
2 stars only for the actually food. Thaifood but not very well spiced. Rather bland, we had to ask for salt and chilli.
Also at the restaurant / beach bar they do not understand you. Not English, nor pointing at the dish on the menu. Twice we got something other than we ordered. Ice coffee instead of a cappuccino) it was ok but still something wrong.
It takes ages for the food to come coz the kitchen is somewhere across the road and the staff walks all the way there and carries the food back. Not really a good set up.
But as I said. Effort and friendliness were nice.and the tender coconut awesomely ice cold.

My room was beautiful and the lady who cleaned the rooms was wonderful. However it wasn't quite what I expected so I didn't get that 'wow' experience. Everything was very nice so no real complaints - just seemed to miss that something special.

Had an amazing spa experience! The body scrub was fantastic and the massage was the BEST I've had. From the time you arrive to the time you leave, they put great attention to every detail.

The service is excellent. Facilitate guests and courteous as well. Including the chef was cooking very delicious, clean rooms and facilities for the key is to have peace, not chaos. Bang Po beach, although not comparable to Chaweng. But here it is a lot higher. Ideal for those who want peace.

It features a health spa, the staff ace for a match can be difficult. And in particular The owner of this place and the kindness and generosity ^ _ ^ importantly affordable. With quality and service

I think Natural Wing or Koh Samui Spa Resort is the best spa resort in koh samui, specially there way of getting all herbs from there herbal garden and great hospitality of there Resident Manager Mr. Amit Kumar.all together it makes your holiday really memorable.i will 100% suggest Natural Wing to all traveller who would like to stay at koh samui,
