This place runs with love and joy by Michelle and Khun Jum. They made me feel like visiting a friend's house, not a hotel. Especially their magic cook that opened my mind.
After 3 days of retreat program, I feel a lot more connected with myself.

I feel safe, abundance and cared for by Michelle and Magda, who guided me through my journey.

Day 1 I walked into Namreka with heaviness in my head and my heart. The day I left, I felt much lighter, love, joy, and laugh.

The location is stunning by white sandy beach. Quite and peaceful.

This place is a gem: quiet, safe and extremely clean. Michelle and her team are amazing, it feels like home. As soon as you walk in, you can feel the peace and relaxing vibes. Perfect location, there is anything you need in the small town.
I am pregnant and travelling solo. This was my holidays without kid and husband before bub arrives, and I couldn’t pick a better place for it. I was lucky enough to have a room in this small boutique retreat. If I can, I will come back again. Thanks Michelle for everything ️

Michelle at Namreka Sanctuary has been tremendously helpful during difficult times in my life, using her unique gifts and talents, providing me with incredible heartfelt healing and transformation. It only took meeting her one time to know that she was someone very special. I have been back four or five times, and each time I experience more transformation, and a.deeper release of tension and trauma. Where do I even start!? This was the most incredible and timely find I have ever come across at a time when I needed it most. SO much more than just a beautifully crafted place to stay or just a traveler’s pit stop. I somehow got lucky and stumbled on an intimate and life-changing wellness sanctuary right on the most peaceful beach with 6 single occupancy rooms and the absolute nicest hosts and accommodation you could hope for. A personal healing retreat and journey I will never forget and absolutely come back for again! A place that truly felt like home.

Michelle is a very special person and gifted, experienced healer with such a genuinely warm and welcoming personality. Her selfless energy and passion to help and empower others is what makes this place tick. Not only has she built this 5 star quality place from the ground up, but she personally designed the finishing touches herself and when you walk through these doors, you can truly feel all the love and energy that went into it (from the rejuvenating music flowing through the entrance doors and in the color healing themed rooms to the hand painted artwork on the walls, mosaic bathrooms and colorful herbal steam room, to the beautifully unique wood-crafted tables and terracotta tiles wrapping around the premises with a Yoga Sala and lush garden path on one side and a clear blue ocean on the other) …not to mention the extremely fresh and delicious healthy juices/eats and housemade remedies and products to take on your journey ahead.

Michelle and Jum make a beautiful team working together in such and cozy setting to provide one of the most authentic and intentional wellness stays you can find in a world that keeps us in fast motion. This peaceful and cozy healing haven is built to nurture the soul and if you’re looking to go purposefully inward and spend some time reconnecting with yourself, no better place to grow than right here at Namreka.

It feels like a family even as you might be walking your path solo and I wouldn’t have wanted my stay in Phangan to go any other way (especially after being treated to the best Lavender Cacao shakes I’ve ever had in my life) …I’m definitely spoiled now!

It’s hard to put into words the gratitude and feelings I have towards Namreka Sanctuary and its amazing team. I was lucky enough to take part in a 9 day healing retreat and it was nothing short of perfection. It far exceeded all my expectations and has changed the way I feel on the inside for the better. The shift in my well-being has been huge. It’s a safe, beautiful, tranquil place where if you go with an open mind and heart and allow yourself to put your trust in Michelle she will guide you in the most beautiful way. This is my first ever retreat like this (I have had energy healing in the past and have explored many alternative therapies) nothing has come close to the experiences I had At Namreka. Michelle is a true healer and anyone lucky enough to cross paths with her I’m sure is bound to benefit. Jum is also an integral part of Namreka and is there to help and assist anyway she can. I was also lucky enough to have 1: 1 yoga and breath work sessions with Magda- another fantastic professional who helped and guided me so much.

Wherever you are in your life at the moment, Namreka sanctuary and Michelle’s work will catapult you in a different level. This place and her work are different then anything else on the island and beyond.
I have done a healing session but also a 1-1 reiki course with Michelle and everything started to align in my life ever since.

I also enjoyed staying in one of their rooms from 2 weeks and this is one special place, so peaceful, so beautiful, so connected. The food is not only delicious but also beautiful.

Namreka Sanctuary is the best mindful retreat center in Koh Phangan. The space is very safe, calm and has a very good energy. I felt like going into another world when I visited there. The moment I arrived made me go inward and slow down my pace.

Michelle is the owner and also the experienced and skillful therapist. Her energy work cant describe with words. I truly recommend to experience this yourself. She has a lot of compassion and offering energy that will make you feel safe, secure and trust. Her session will blow your mind away. Her soul and her energy are really angelic and magical.

The staff there Jum is very kind, nice and helpful. This warm nest make me go deep into my spiritual journey and combine with Michelle support will accelerate your pace. So unbelievable but believe me.

Namreka is such a magical place! The energy, the design, the details, the sea view, the garden, everything feels out of this world, like in another dimension. I’ve done two Intuitive Flow sessions with Michelle and it was a very powerful experience! I hope to come back to Koh Phangan because I really want to work again with Michelle and spend some more time in her wonderful sanctuary.

Namreka is one of the most serene places I have been to on Koh Phangan. Amazing place for when you need to take a deep breath and find a peaceful moment. Michelle, the owner, is very kind and passionate. She has great knowledge of different healing modalities and is very hands on with everyone. The front yard of Namreka also has one of the best spots on Chaloklum beach.

If you're looking for a place to go to balance yourself out, this might be for you! The atmosphere is serene. If you stay here you will have a nice part of the island to go around, not too busy. If you have sessions here, you will experience something which really helps you. I won't go into how it will help you, but go there with an open mind and heart and you will find out. Michelle has a very sincere approach without any unnecessary dogmatic or moral content, she really cares about understanding what patterns and feelings are not serving you and works to help you realign.
