We had a very pleasing stay here, the view from our room was breathtaking, it was nice and clean, maybe the only detail is the very slow smart Tv, but just bring a computer with and cable and you're good. Also the staff was very friendly and even let us stash our stuff at the bar after our checkout to be able to explore freely!

It was one of the best stays I had in Thailand. It had everything: spacious room, ocean view, a fridge, really nice pool to swim in.

Couldn't get enough of the stunning views and how nicely the hotel was decorated, designed, and maintained.
It is located on a steep hill, so it was also a great little exercise for the legs But be aware of this though, if you have a really heavy baggage and need some help.

While the hotel is located about 15 minutes from the main street with bars, I found that the location was actually a big plus. The area itself was much quieter and more private than the busy main street, which made for a more relaxing and peaceful stay.
Highly recommend it!

Love this place! I can’t wait to go back. The staff was so kind and wonderful. My room was AMAZING! The pool is so beautiful and just a quick walk to the beach!

We have been travelling for almost 2 months and have stayed in many beautiful hotels but this one has to be my favourite! The staff we so lovely and helpful, the rooms were very quiet and the pool and views were stunning. It was also such a lovely touch that the TV's had films loaded onto them, really helped pass the time with a terrible hangover!

It was also in a great location, a 15/20 walk to the main beach but only over the road from a beach where you can watch the sunset. And there are many restaurants around should you not choose the delivery service from Coral.

Anyway, I'm not sure how this place doesn't have a perfect 5 stars.some people clearly don't know a great hotel when they stay in one!

Had to leave this place 1 day early and lose out on 1 nights stay as couldn’t stay any long. This has never happened to us before. The noise is unbearable as the walls are so thin. The staff are all rude. They didn’t give us any instructions on check in and just threw us in the room. The cleaner was absolutely rude to me for no reason at all, I only asked him if he worked here before asking him a question and he didn’t answer me 3 times on purpose. He then started talking in English so he can speak English just chose not to answer me. There is never anyone on reception to ask any questions or help with anything. The hotel is not near anything and feels unsafe to walk at night. Koh Pha-ngan the island is also declining and so many businesses have closed. We asked a friendly waiter in a restaurant and he said no one comes to the island now apart from for the full moon party the day of the party and the amount of attendees has halved and businesses can’t survive. I wouldn’t recommend this island or these apartments. By far the worst part of our 8 week Asia trip!

Amazing place to stay.
I stayed in the big studio apartment.
Everything clean and tidy.
Toiletries are available, little kitchen/bar area with mikrowave and fridge are there to use.
Bed is comfortable and the couch in the living room too.
Television has many channels.

Thanks to Moonstone for the great time. We loved the view, the pool and the friendly service. We hope to be back as soon as possible.

Great friendly place! Comfortable and clean room with big TV and air condition. Balcony with sea and jungle views. The pool is clean and the food they order is very tasty and cheap.

Great Hotel, beautiful view, usually quiet. Nice clean pool, lots of sun. Helpful staff. Rented a motorcycle through them and it went perfectly. Clean rooms with AC. Only downsides would be that it is quite far from anything else and that it might be hard to access for some as it is on a mountain flank.

The spot is nice, they even have a pool and a bar, but there are few people using it by any means. Too pricey. The staff is not very good in english.

Great place, nicely decorated garden and the rooms are spacious and clean. Stunning sea views and beautiful sunsets. Large pool with bar that offers drinks. Good for couples or families w.children.

Amazing hotel, I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island. Very clean rooms and attentive staff. Joy makes the best Daquari I've had in my life! I was with 4 others and we were treat like family best part of our holiday so far! Thank you Stefan and Thomas

Great value for money! Off from the noise, close to the city (and to the Synagogue for those who care). Rooms are cozy and clean. Views are good. Management is welcoming, polite and supportive. Internet is blazing fast. We’ve had a pleasure to stay for more than a week. Thank you, Stephane!

Nice studio with a great view! Sometimes it is difficult to find the staff on the premises, but writing via whatsapp to the owner does the trick

Really great hotel about 15 minutes walk from Haad Rin - with it being just slightly out of town you have much less noise. GREAT value and quality - I'll definitely return. They arranged two rooms next to be eachother (without us even requesting) - to which one room was upgraded free of charge! Talk about great customer service! The management and staff are really friendly and v welcoming.
Amazing views from the balcony and pool - looks right onto the ocean.
It's located on a steeper hill so inform them upfront if you need help with luggage. Suitable for: solo traveller, friends, groups, families. If older - consider the point about Hills and stairs. The room I stayed in is suitable for solo or 2 people. Bed was firm but comfortable, pillows fluffy. I slept great!

This place is amazing! If you want a great view this is the place, just make sure to ask as it looks like some of the rooms are behind other rooms. Wait till you see the sunset!
Stephan the manager is very nice and accommodating, the rooms are very clean and the pool is a nice break from the heat.
The beach is maybe a 2-3 minute walk from your room, depending how high up you are. Either way the beach is 30 seconds from the road. Many good restaurants withing 5-10 minutes walk and a 7-11 is 10 minutes by the road. I walked on the beach to the 7-11 and it was ~15 minutes.

Good location in terms of being nicely separated from Haad Rin but still within walking distance. Friendly staff. Buildings are all concrete but still look and feel nice. My only criticism is that the bed pillows in our unit were extremely thick to the point of being unusable.

Beautiful place for the view and quietness. They could improve on adding stairs as when it rains it gets really hard to get up. Room was clean and good service overall
