1 I had the pleasure of attending morning classes at Moksha Yoga while in Koh Phangan. I’m certainly not experienced at this but a friend recommended this particular class as the teachers Mika & Warren would make me feel comfortable.
Firstly the venue was stunning, The Source was an amazing place with a fantastic outlook over the trees in the jungles of Phangan. Then the actual class was split into 2 parts with Mika going first followed by Warren. Both these teachers were so patient and informative as they helped me and others in the class to fine tune the movements and explain in detail what we were doing and the benefits of each pose, being a novice this was important to me so I could understand a lot better what I was doing as many of the movements were new to me and I had never done before.
I definitely recommend experiencing classes with Moksha as personally it gave me the confidence to learn more about Yoga and the philosophy behind it.
I look forward to continuing my journey with Moksha when I’m back in Koh Phangan
