100 baht entry including a free drink, the view is amazing & the people are very nice.you can ride the scooter all the way up to the top, but it’s a bit tricky & very steep

Are you ready for the adventure? Get on the bike and get ready for a good experience of uphill roads with a slope to make you tremble, in the purest style of a roller coaster. When you finally reach what seems like the end. Surprise! It is not! You have to get off the motorcycle and go up on foot a few hundred more meters along mud and clay roads, one wrong step and you'll be rolling down. Or into the ravine. When you have arrived at what appears to be the viewpoint, if you are still alive, they are going to force you to pay 100 to enter because this way you "help maintain the place and make the corresponding improvements", yes, they give you a free hot drink, very useful after the fatigue of the climb. Pay and take a walk around the area, think about whether that money is really going to be used to make this viewpoint a better place. The answer is no. Now muster up the courage to lower everything you have uploaded.

Great view. You can see almost the entire west side of Koh Tao. 100 baht entrance fee, you get a table, a swing and two hammocks as well as a soft drink.

There is also a small kitchen.

I think that if you ask for entrance, don't just indicate at the last sign, first go all the way there and then the monkey will come out of your sleeves. I think it's worth 50b, but to be allowed to sit on a bench for 100 is really too much.

Great view, I went in the afternoon. Except for the owner, I had the place to myself. I think it's more than worth the 100 baht. It is also indicated when you reach the point. It includes a drink. If you complain about the payment afterwards or are going to post a negative review, just don't go. A cup of coffee in Western Europe is usually more expensive, so what are people talking about: -/ I walked from Escobar (+/- 35 minutes) and it was a nice challenge. Usually accessible by scooter for the more experienced rider, but don't expect it to be easy.

Really cool viewpoint. We hiked it there from Sairee Beach so were very willing to pay for the drink at the top!

If you are willing to pay 100 baht for a soft drink, nice view, cute cat, parking lot and bathroom - then you are going to enjoy your time here. Personally, I find it worth it.

I recommend having some motorbike driving experience. They are parts that might be scary for inexperienced drivers.

Nice view point, the road there is extremely rough though, so you must be an experienced driver or you could walk it but it’s a pretty far walk. For the difficulty of the road, I probably wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to see this viewpoint, but it was very beautiful. It was 100 baht entry (with a free drink) and this money goes towards the ‘maintenance’ of the road **apparently**.

DON’T SUPORT THIS TIPE OF TOURISM!

Very bad experience with the bar owner. We came at the entrance and the Bar Sheriff wanted to charge us both 100both for just entering in the bar.
?
We tryed to conviced him that we will drink or eat something instead, but they were to rude for my opinion (or pay or leave).
And ofcourse we left the place.
As i saw also other tourist get away angry from the place and no person in the bar at 17h i recognized that nobody suport this kind of tourism.
For my opinion much beter, hoping that something in the future will change with their behaviour.

DONT GO!

Don't go there! The view is nice but you need to pay 100 baht just to enter the place! Overrated tourist trap! Btw, this isn't even a bar. Just some old lady backyard.

The real Mango Bay View Point. It could be sayed as the second best View Point of the island but the best in the north.

You can arrive until some meters before the view point by bike, then there is a little house where an old woman will charge you 100THB for some kind of drink and you will be finally able to access to the top of the mountain.
After some meters by foot across the forest you will arrive to a magnificent scene of the island.

Awesome views from the highest point of the northest bay

The place has a nice view on the pier bay but not too great for the sunset.
A entrance fee of 100THB is charged.
You can get some beer or water there from the woman running this place.
