Mama Dang Bar, Restaurant & Massage

I hate to give a negative review but i came here on the basis of others good reviews and i don't see why it has nearly 5 stars. We ordered chicken satay, fried rice and pad thai. It was easily the worst pad Thai I've eaten, overly sweet/had a strange taste and the fried rice was very just 'ok'. We ate the satay chicken which was slightly burnt and left the rest of the food. Maybe it wasn't the sweet lady cooking that day that everyone is on about because it was honestly not good, or we just got unlucky. The 2 stars are for the decent massage we got next door.

Mama Dang geht zu 100% auf die Wünsche des Kunden ein und jede Speise wird frisch zubereitet. Absolut authentisches Thai Food.
Mama Dang spricht sehr gutes Englisch und kann auch gute Tipps und Empfehlungen bezüglich Unternehmungen geben.
Nebenan des Restaurants ist ihr Massagestudio gelegen, welches ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen ist.
Die Preise sind mehr als fair für die Qualität des Essens!
Papaya Salat definitiv ausprobieren.

Ate lunch here today and will probably be back tomorrow! Mama Dang cooks up delicious Thai food for a very reasonable price. Just a short walk from the Deva Resort, it is an excellent place to get a very tasty bite.

If you are looking for an amazing experience do not miss this. Her food is amazing and she is the best at Thai massage. For service and value you will not find a better spot. The value is amazing. She is so loving and sweet to. If you are in Koh Samui make Mama Dang your spot. Second time on the island and our first stop was to see this amazing woman and get her delicious food followed by a massage and fresh drinks

Mama Dang is amazing, best massage you’ll find in Ko Samui - actually takes the time to understand your ailments and give you individualised targeted treatment!
She also uses healing oil/balm generously unlike the tourist ridden places that use a plain cream or oil and do the same routine!
She noticed my shoulders were tight and gave me a shoulder treatment as part of my massage and my shoulders were instantly loose!
I’ve already booked back to see her tomorrow!

Foot massage of an hour was good, if painful in parts! Also it was legs, head and shoulders, not a foot massage I would expect. Nevertheless, it was good.
