หาดแม่หาด เกาะเต่า เป็นหาดที่ตั้งของสองท่าเรือ ลมพระยาและเรือส่งเสริม ใครทีีมาจากขุมพรหรือเกาะพงัน จะต้องมาขึ้นเรือลงเรือที่หาดนี้ หาดนี้ตอนเย็นๆ นทท. จะออกมานั่งชมพระอาทิตย์ตกกัน
หาดสวย แต่ลงเล่นน้ำยาก 1. น้ำตื้น 2. เป็นท่าจอดเรือ ถ้าจะเล่นน้ำต้องมาทางใต้ของท่าเรือ แต่ก็จะเป็นโขดหิน เวลาน้ำลง ก็จะลงจนเห็นท้องทราย และทรายค่อนข้างหยาบแบบทรายปนกรวด เดินเท้าเปล่าบนหาดนี้ อาจจะทำให้เจ็บเท้าได้ มาเดินรับลมช่วงเย็นๆก็ถือว่าโอเค หาดนี้ตอนกลางคืนจะเงียบ ไม่มีอะไรเลย ไม่เหมือนหาดทรายรี ที่ยังมีบาร์ มีโชว์กระบองไฟบ้าง
Sunset is lovely, but I wouldn’t go there for swim since is near the pier and there are so many boats around
Not big beach near Pier. This is the central beach on Koh Tao.
It is clean because there are a lot of resorts there.
But if you want to swim better to choose Sairee beach (it is not far from Haad beach).
