Lotus Friendly Hotel

The hotel is very close to the beach and 7eleven. The hotel stuff do daily room service, makes everything spotless. The management did their best to make us feel home.
I also rented motorbike from the hotel with a good price. I would stay again

ผิดหวังตั้งแต่เดินไปห้องพักเลย ทางเข้าทางเดินคือเหมือนเดินเข้าห้องเช่า ในใจก็ยังหวังว่าห้องพักจะดีแต่พอมาถึงห้องพักเท่านั้นแระนี่มันห้องเช่าชัดๆ แถมจองไว้ตั้ง10 วันเสียดายเงินมากๆ ราคาไม่ตรงตามที่ลงไว้เลย. ภาพที่เห็นคือไม่ใช่เลย แอร์เก่าเสียงดังครืดจะนอนได้มั้ยละคืนนี้.

Really nice place, the staff is really nice and helpful. Hopefully we come once again here.

Stayed here for a night, huge cockroaches in the rooms and super loud neighbours. Whole place smelled like weed which I don’t really mind, but have some more decency. Staff was rude and threatening when I left a bad review, saying it was illegal as they don’t have free speech in Thailand. Big yikes

We ate in the restaurant. It was horrible. The menu shows wrong pictures to the food. On top the Greek salad has not the stuff what it says has it in it. The falafels taste like old socks. And so one. On advise the stuff was roude

The hotel itself is good. The check in was fast and the owner is nice.they also have a pool-table in the "lobby" which was pretty nice. The rooms were ok, only the shower was a bit too much integrated in the room but thats common in thailand! The only downside is that its not directly beachfront but a 5min walk to the beach is fine tho. Also a seven-eleven right next to it. All in all a good stay and good value for money if you look for a stay near the airport.

Really nice place with a decent cafe on the first floor. Fast wifi and clean rooms. Super great staff that was helpful with all our bookings for day trips and the ferry. We came back to stay once already and I am sure we will be back next time I’m on the island. Very close to the beach and walkable to town.

Das Hotel liegt unscheinbar in einem Hinterhof und über einem Restaurant. Ca. 10-15 min Fußweg zur „Stadt“ und nahe gelegen (5min) zum Beach.
Das Hotelzimmer ist groß und sauber. Getränke gegen Aufpreis im Zimmer enthalten.
Das Personal sehr freundlich, lediglich der vermutlich Besitzer wirkte auf uns häufig sehr gestresst und dadurch meist auch sehr verbittert und unfreundlich. Auf Fragen wurde zwar eingegangen, jedoch in einem sehr gereizten und abneigenden Ton.

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. I stayed here with three of my friends whilst travelling. It has great facilities, comfy beds, clean rooms and great service. Our checkin was incredible, we were all very impressed to the attention to detail and care. We will be staying again in future

I forget his name but the hotel manager there was one of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met. He sincerely cared and about helping and even remembered my name everytime he saw me. Room was really big and clean and hotel is in a great location. Quiet area but very close to the main party area as well. Also a 711 right next to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!

Tucked 1 street away from Chaweng
Beach. Rooms are very spacious. Internet is super fast (!). Fridge is filled up, and all price lists are clearly displayed. Wifi password. Bathroom is very compact but the room is very big. Very good value for money. I can tell this is a well ran hotel. It's well organised. The reception staff was friendly and helpful (proposing activities and validating our checkout)

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was quite nice, the staff were lovely and the room was very well maintained. I'm perhaps not familiar with Thai culture, but the man at reception wouldn't make eye contact with me and kept trying to look down my girlfriend's tank top. Again, perhaps it's my cultural ignorance and this is a great sign of respect, but it made her uncomfortable. All in all, I would stay here again, my girlfriend probably not.

The manager was extremely nice and so helpful. Gives you an in depth rundown of things to do, places to go, offers to help book tours, transport. Made the whole experience super stress free. Place was clean, very welcoming, with a laundry across from the hostel. 10/10 would recommend.

The Hotel and the staff were great! The hotel manager gave great tips on where to go and what to explore, even after our stay was over! For the price, it is probably one of the best accommodations to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Lotus hotel so much that we stayed a second time after returning to Samui from Phangan. The staff is extremely friendly and went to great lengths to help accommodate us with the room, booking tours, and coordinating taxi and ferry rides around and off the island. I even forgot my travel neck pillow and Kun, the pleasant and amazing front desk manager, mailed it to me and didn’t ask for payment!

The location is great, across the street from the beach (<1 minute walk) and walkable to the main strip of chaweng beach but not right in the noise and bustle of the nightlife. It is very good value for a nice room with AC. The housekeeping consistently brought bottles of waters, clean towels, and made the rooms up every day.

If you’re looking to visit Samui and want a comfortable and affordable place to rest your head while exploring the island, Lotus is the place for you!

The Lotus friendly hotel is a great value for money hotel which is in an ideal location to all major attractions on the island, however not too close where we may typically struggle to sleep due to the tourism. Rooms are very clean and sufficient for the value of payment, with air con which is essential in the Samui heat! Additionally, staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable which is why I have decided to return to the lotus on my second visit to the island! Looking forward to go back!
