A really fast ride over the waves with the speedboat and, above all, a good transfer to the airport

Regarding the transportation, everything was perfect, regarding the care of the luggage, embarrassing.

I have never had so much difficulty booking a trip.
We wanted to take the ferry directly to the port but could not book anything other than a departure from the city center with a 1 hour bus ride

Simple pier where the smaller boat brings you to the bigger boat. Except for the café everything was closed, so there's not much to do here when you have a (long) wait. Toilets were mostly clean.

Very bad. They let us wait four hours telling us that due to an "accident of their boss" the boat to Koh Tao would leave at 18.30 instead of 14.30.
It is now 18.30 and not even a shadow of the boat.
They don't respect schedules and didn't even offer a glass of water for the annoyance.
I will never travel with them again.

Boat 2 hours late, very much disorganized, advertised 1: 30min well with delay over delay it took me 4h from Surat Thai to Koh Phangan.

Staff was nice enough to pass out vomit bags when the ride got choppy. Careful not to eat too much before hand if you’re heading to Koh Tao!

We never actually went there even though or ferry ticket said tapee pier. The boat leaves from Don Sak. Apparently if you go to tapee they'll bus you over to the other pier but we just went directly to Don Sak to catch our boat

Take enough time for the transfer, maybe 3,4 hours more, otherwise it's possible that you will miss the flight. Like i did:)

Basic service, nothing to complain about. Be sure you make the ticket-reservation beforehand. The ferry may be fully booked.

Please be aware that keeping to timetables is not a thing for this company.
They advertise Koh Phanghan 11am and arrive at Suratthani airport at 2.30pm. We arrived at 4pm and missed our flight. No reason for this just bad organisation from luggage on boat to the bus. Busses are large double deckers so are slow. Better to book with Panthip as they have smaller faster mini buses.

We booked our overnight train from Bangkok to Surat Thani and our boat tickets over to Koh Samui online prior to entering Thailand.
Upon collecting the train tickets we were advised there was construction on the Trainline so we would be delayed 1-2 hours. This meant we would miss the boat to KS. We were told to go to the Wut Travel office at ST Train station where we were met by a lady telling us to get a taxi to Tapee Pier “now” - even though it was 09: 48 and the ticket we got said 10am departure. She told us to get a taxi for 500THB, we said it should be cheaper but she said “go now, go now”, we got the taxi for 400THB and once we got to Tapee Pier we were told that the mini bus to the port had already left and we had a 4 hour wait for the next one. We could have got a taxi straight to the poet and made the boat for the same price….
Beware - big scammers!

Staff very nice.
But give you NO info about boat change. So if you don’t keep your paper ticket, they’ll ask you to buy a new, even if you have the sticker on your shirt, when you’re asked to leave the boat on Koh Phangan
Don’t expect to get on a ferry in Surat Thani, but a speedboat where you’ll get wet when it rains (you can’t leave your seat)

Making this review for other travelers. If you are staying in Surat Thani city, you can get a taxi or grab down to this pier where you can buy a ticket for the islands. They bus you over to Don Sak pier then ferry from there. As of now, two departures per day 10am and 1pm. You can get them online also, we just wanted to come and see first. Not sure if they ever actually departed via ferry from this pier. The staff seem nice and it’s obvious the business suffered from Covid. They need your business!

Very bad services and communication.
We missed our boat because of a lack of communication. Nothing was clear. It was such a waste of time and money.

Monopoly. Taxis nor tuktuks are not allowed to transport you from the pier. You are forced to take a shared van. In what should have been a 15 minute ride turned into a 30+ minute ride. But it was only 100 baht for 2 people. Still think that people should have the option of taxi or tuktuk
