10 To say it is chaotic is an understatement
All of the boats are here and everybody is forced to stand next to each other which is crazy given the Covid epidemic - and that is even before we get on
The communication ahead of traveling is shocking and when you arrive you have to scan the barcode and then fill in yet another health pass to be able to travel
They should really employ qualified staff as well
Quite honestly not worth the hassle
Bit crazy when checking in, otherwise pretty well managed. The ferry's are clean and very well maintained and super punctual
The best ferry service around the islands and to the mainland. The luggage system leaves a bit to be desired but all in all the best of a bad bunch.
A great way of transportation arround the islands. The boats are clean and fast. Employees are helpfull and professional. Would recommend it.
Everything at the pier worked smoothly. We arrived as suggested 30 mins early to do the check in and get stickers and tickets. The boat to Koh Tao left on time and the trip was smooth.
Head and shoulders above the other ferry services we used in Thailand. Transfers were well organized and they offered additional services that were super handy (shuttles and drop-offs)

Very well organized and attentive to passenger's needs. Food on-board is western junk snacks, plan accordingly.
If you want to get on the Lomprayah Ferry this is the ideal place. Double check though, because Lomprayah have two piers on the island.
