Ride staff and management don’t even bother answer customer. Supposedly luxury but not well maintained at all just have a look at the tennis court

The place is esthetically beautiful with a private beach, garden and pool. The rooms are big, with a great view and very clean. The stuff is mostly made of woman, they really took good care of us. Always friendly, ready to give us advice on what to do and what to visit. We rented a scooter for very cheap price and went around on the island. In the evening, we took a taxi for safety reason and the stuff called for us a female taxi driver to make us feel more comfortable! The stuff also celebrated my friend birthday with music and candles! Overall, a paradise where you can really feel cuddled and relax!

We spent two nights in this hotel with a room which has direct access to the beach. When we arrived it was quite late, they were able to rent us a scooter so we could go for a walk. This one broke down, they came to pick us up, it’s really top-notch service.
The swimming pool is at a good temperature. We ate in the restaurant everything was good.
We recommend this hotel which is in a quiet area, but remains easily accessible to the rest by scooter

A special experience with a beautiful team working in the place. The beach is so soft can swim with no rocks, with a sunset view that couldn’t have a better reflection of colors on the ocean infront of you. Garden is big for exercise and meditation and at the back a beautiful natural green spaces full of palms and old trees, a nice morning walk. A scooter can fix the problem of being a bit far from city. Thank you lipa team

We must absolutely highly recommend this place as a fantastic resort to stay, and everything is just so great with a loving staff all the facilities we needed and everything can be organised.

Very good for families or group vacations and right on the beach. The beach is maintained every day and it is quiet and relaxing here. Very nice crew who lovingly takes care of everything and everyone.

เสียดายน้ำทะเล เหมือนจะมีดินโคลนมากเกินไป พออากาศร้อนทำให้ผิวตระไคร่ลอยเต็มน้ำทะเล (อันนี้น่าจะขึ้นอยู่กับฤดูกาลด้วย เพราะหาดฝั่งนาเทียนตอนนี้เจอปัญหาสาหร่ายเต็มหาด)

It’s easy to fall in love with this place, it’s on the beach, the rooms are beautiful, the staff are nice, beautiful pool close to the beach and it’s reasonably priced. It’s also close to the Pier.
The hotel is situated in a nice, natural environment with lots of trees. The rooms outside looks a bit old but the inside of the rooms are clean, nice and fully functional, no faults.
We managed to get a villa room with lots of windows, beautiful when you wake up with the sunrise.
The rooms are very clean, and well decorated. Beds are comfortable and the linen are clean and fresh.

Good hotel but dirty beach and not suitable for swimming. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The Beds were comfortable as well. Breakfast was a little bland.

Waking up and opening the curtains to see the sea - amazing! Love that you go to sleep and wake up hearing the sea. The service was excellent here. The owner was lovely and greeted as as we arrived quite late into the evening and kept the restaurant open for us so we could have some food. The lodge was very quiet which is wonderful if you just want to relax by the sea and pool. A couple of restaurants within walking distance up the beach but most things require driving to. Taxis are more pricey on Samui than mainland Thailand. Loved the snapper for dinner and pangang curry. The beach is clean and lovely, they are more picturesque beaches on Samui like Chaweng but you won't have the beach/sea to yourself like Lipa Lodge.

Truly, this would be a GREAT resort but unfortunately it’s really run down. My fiancé and I looked at the reviews and they looked very convincing which is why we stayed here for 2 days before heading to Koh Pangang but the beach is not taken care of, the resort itself is not really taken care of (my fiancé and I walked down to a great restaurant called Chill Inn) and we collected about 10 plastic bottles each and careful, lots of glass on the beach. We stayed in 1 bungalow after a long ferry ride from another island (Phi Phi) and it was honestly not too bad. Beds are very comfy, very homey looking, cute small resort but again, lots of things need to be fixed. The doors don’t close all the way so you’ll have a crack in between your doors, no safes…, some bungalows (since we moved a lot) have cracks in the corners for little creatures to come in (we had some geckos come in our room) and for why we moved bungalows so many times (not necessarily for the gecko situations) but we had a bee hive beside our bungalow so that allowed the bees to enter through the small cracks to come into our bungalow.once the manager switched us to another bungalow … right next door… I asked her if we could move somewhere AWAY from our original bungalow since it’s right next door, the bees might be near that bungalow as well.so she moved us to another bungalow and the same problem, a huge bee hive with swarming bees just swarming basically the front door. So, we move AGAIN. She upgraded us to a bungalow near the front (which is fine since I think there’s only another couple staying at the resort with us so it’s not as busy), but the doors are sort of like barn doors and won’t shut properly so there’s a hole in the middle so praying we don’t get any bees, spiders, etc in our room.
Otherwise, the resort is ok. It really needs to be updated, cleaned up, then it truly would be a 10/10. It’s a great location, small but nice and quiet, the infinity pool is great (I swam in it once), the free breakfast is ok. I recommend going to Chill Inn restaurant for lunch and dinner! Great food and great vibes!
I feel awful for writing this but if you want to feel safe, comfortable, and have a clean stay, I don’t recommend this place.

Sunset 100%! Romantic pure! We did not stay in the hotel so I can not say anything good or bad about it.

Day two of visiting resort, boutique hotels and spa locations that we selected as our potential next week's place to stay based on ratings, reviews and locations on the island of Samui. Lipa Lodge photos intrigued us but the reviews visitors confused the search. The over all rating 4.0 was on the lower end of what we are looking for but worth the visit. So glad we rode to the location. We understand that ratings are subject to your own expectations and quality one may be use to BUT after the short visit we were so disappointed and yet agreed that this is a 3 star at it's best. The cabins, villas or as we call it motel rooms with a porch are so badly outdated and worn out in look and design but yes they are clean. Far cry from even a 2.5 rating.
The positive side of the place, great quiet location. Clean beach, views, calm water etc so beautiful. Restaurant patio is spacious with the infinity pool right beside it both overlook the ocean. But that is where it comes to an end.
The restaurant building is or has to be the original structure from decades ago and need of upgrading if this is to be a 4 star resort.

The grounds - walkways are worn and uneven stones and bricks, low maintenance on the property shows everywhere. The magical infinity pool setting is perfect but the size of it is no more than a 10 person hot tub - soaker tub. The tennis court should not even be listed on the site. The surface is non playable, cracking up and layers are lifting from the surface with the back fences being less than 2 metres from the base line (kids learning Court - maybe)

We were so ready to commit to a booking due the next week or more but this resort was OFF the list immediately. Great quiet place but. If you are looking for a place to stay and spend under $90 @night this may be ok place for you.

The beach front bagalow. If you want to getaway from the world you should stay here. So quite and the beach is so clean. They don't have many room so you should book ahead. The location is off the center you need to rent a car to get here. Breakfast cost 350 baht. Big room but lack of interior and a bit run down. Need to change the new shower curtain and fix the tv cable.

Hello, I was at that place for New Year Eve with my family. We need to admit that the place, location is great to spend time without clamor but unfortunatelly I need to admit that service is at very poor level specially food offered at restaurant. This place was first destination on our map in Thailand and we were with friends who visit the country for the first time and were totally dissapointed with quality. Basically the restaurant couldnt service anything what could taste as thai food.
I recommend the place specially for families with kids due to very number of bungalows.

Very quiet and peaceful.accommodation was excellent, very spacious and clean.staff were very friendly and helpful.definitely a place to stay if you want peace without distractions.right on beautiful beach front.not much to do close by but you can hire a scooter from hotel and explore the island

Great place! Beautiful garden at a quiet beach. Very friendly people. Very good food. We stayed here for a week with our kids and it was perfect!

Almost perfect if you want peaceful vacation in beautiful location. Only breakfast needs seriously improvement.

Honestly it was the best holiday of my life - beautiful secluded beach, comfortable bedroom, delicious food & drink including breakfast, and some of the most caring and attentive staff (including the manager Pishai). From car hire, airport transfer, room service, extra towels - nothing was a problem. Also a very reasonable gym is on site too. Thank you so so much we will be back in 2021
