Lamai Veggie

Went here with a friend, 1st tine it was closed (Sunday), 2nd time better luck.

There were only 2 menu options available:
1. Full plate- rice, veggie, salad and soup
120 baht

2. Veg Hamburger
120 baht

Homemade kombucha 50 baht, water and soda pop available.

No other menu options so we went with the lunch plate.

Food was okay (more Indian than Thai flavors)

The portions were ridicukously small.

Felt like we were on an involuntary diet.
For example, 1 roti was split between the 2 of us while a solo guest nearby had a full roti to herself.
What is going on?

Very little food for 120 baht.
Left hungry

Too bad, I wanted to like this place.
But I will not return nor will I recommend.

Vegan Khunnay by Central is MUCH better.
A lot more food

The owner is super friendly and the food is very fresh, different and delicious (we had the vegan burger) - highly recommended! The homemade kombudja must also be tried:)

I can’t fault this place for a vegan feed. Vegan food made fresh with a set menu every day. On Wednesday the restaurant also offers a burger and chips option.
Good serving size and variety. I couldn’t even finish mine which is no easy feat, let me tell you. With great sadness some of the noodles made their way back to the kitchen.
The food was yummy with a great selection as well as vegan sweet treats.
With a fresh coconut water, meal for one came to $160THB

Little and modest place with lunch menu and burgers on Wednesday. Intersting dishes, healthy and served with smile.

We had a really nice lunch here yesterday. Lovely lady who takes your order and then cooks for you and every thing is vegan and beautifully prepared.

2 main options on the menu with a vegan set dish which includes a variety of dishes with rice, salad, soup and curry. There’s also a vegan burger with chips and salad. We had one of each and both were delicious.

We also ordered a homemade Kombucha each and that too was super delicious

Don't be on a rush because the owner cooks by herself and prepares each plate individually, which takes some time. But it's worth waiting:)

Amazing find in Lamai - everything is vegan and made by a lovely lady who has a passion for sustainable living and vegan food. We had the vegan set menu which was a mix of pad thai, green curry, okra soup and salad. It was all so fresh and delicious. We also had homemade kombucha (one of the best i’ve had) and then a homemade caramel shortbread which was perfect.
We stayed in Koh Samui for 9 days and this was one of the best meals we had, very affordable and a lovely location. They have fans and seats outside - would visit again

Very good restaurant! Everything is 100% vegan. The restaurant is quite small but has a very nice atmosphere. The owner is very very nice and does everything here. She cooks and also serves the food to customers. There is every day just one meal, and on Wednesday there is also burger on the menu. The daily dish is every day something different, freshly cooked every day. The food is very tasty and also very inexpensive. I can definitely highly recommend this restaurant!

Nothing flashy, just a great plate of vegan food prepared by a sweet owner. The menu is small, affordable and ever so good. She prepares a ‘daily set’, which is a dish of 4-5 different foods. I had the Burger. It’s worth passing by just to say hi, have lunch or try the home-made kombucha.

Lovely owner, very easy to talk to. Portions were a bit small, but well presented with an array of flavour and textures! The desserts are very rich, and in my opinion, could be split into half the portion (or shared with a friend).

Tasty vegan food! They have a limited selection of a burger or the set dish, which is what we ordered! We upgraded to the full set dish which was 100 baht each but I found it to be a little small. Very tasty though and would eat here again! Limited opening hours.

Wonderful little place to have a small and tasty set menu. Very subtle and unique Thai-hinted flavors. Their desserts are also amazing. Very lovely and kind owner.

My favorite vegan (jay) place on Samui. It’s a set menu that changes daily, only 80b for the full set, mock meats 20b extra, and yummy desserts. I’m a super picky eater and I have never had a meal there I didn’t like.

The best food on Samui! All vegan. The owner Bee make all the food by herself. She always have a genuine smile for you.when you visit Lamai Veggie you’ll have the highest quality of food you can get on Samui.
