Don’t believe their website.
I tried to book a motorbike for 16 days in late December 2023.
The website says minimum rental for this time (high season) is 14 days.
But when I tried to book I was told it was 1 month minimum.
I referred to the website but they wouldn’t listen.
Go to a reputable place whose actions match their advertising.

Good and clear communication, friendly owner and the engine was great. I would definitely recommend this!

If your after a bigger bike this is the cheapest place I have found in all of Thailand, Lazlo is a friendly guy and even took me to my boat after dropping the bike off, no issues with the bike and when I’m next in the area I will be coming back

I rented a Honda CBR 500R here for 3 days.
It was in perfect condition, this also applied to the tires, which were still very new compared to other rental companies.
Customer service was also top and the price-performance ratio is totally fine for the CBR.
I can recommend Lala Agency to anyone who is looking for a more special motorcycle. This is the right place for you.

Great new bikes. Rented a 250cc Legend for a 8 days. Not one problem in this time.
When the time was up, got back my passport and owner took me to the ferry.
Perfect experience! Dont be afraid to leave the passport, it is a standard procedure. Make picture of it, every hotel accepts the picture.

Bikes are in pristine condition, communication is friendly. Had a very good experience with Lala!

Just returned bike that I drove for a while. All bikes are in good condition and they drive very good. Lala is a nice guy and I will return to his rental service again when I visit the island.

Good place for renting modern scooters with fair prices. Laszlo is a very friendly and reliable person who I highly recommend!

My rent was a click125 for 4months and I had no problems except one day when my engine turned off if I was too slowly without accelerating. Within a few hours Laszlo gave me another click! Sabai sabai!

If you want to get a maximum amount of annoying messages in WhatsUp and refuse to help, as long as you spend a few days going to service on your own for regular checking of bike's condition - this is your place to rent a bike.

If you need to go to Inmigration with a passport, be ready to do so on foot, because you can't take your passport along with a bike, even for 2 hours.

If you disagree with something - be ready that Lacslo will threaten with police and contract's rules.

And the last thing - if you think that prices are okay - they are.
But afterward, you will pay for every single scratch, even inside.

I can't recommend this place.
