La Fabrique, French Bakery - Bangrak

Unpolite stuff, the front girl is really unhappy and treat bad the clients, rude comportment, zero patience and a very bad face.who stay in front of shops must to be nice and show some respect for who comes to appreciate them place. I think the owner should change stuff, anyway the breakfast was good but stuff zero.

The food at La Fabrique Bangrak, like the other locations, is delicious. You can’t go wrong with the all-day breakfast. For that, I highly recommend.
On the other hand, if you want to leave in a bad mood, this is your place. I am regular visitor and every time I come I tell myself this is the last time due to the consistent nasty attitude of the staff. Every time. And don’t even think about asking to pay by QR code scan (as you can in every other restaurant on this island) because you will literally be yelled at.
In conclusion - good food, reasonable prices but bad service attitude. Stick to the other locations of La Fabrique, but would say.

Really nice French bakery. I visited there two times in a week of stay on this island. You can choose fruits to make the smoothie in your favor, and bagels are really good too.

Terrible staff attitude, I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I don't know what the reason is, but I've received a disgusting attitude several times already. I was terribly thrown money that they did not like and got hand gesture from a lady for me to leave. I was refused a refund after staff didn’t understand what I was saying. I hope management takes the necessary action.

The meals were absolutely delightful, so much so that I couldn't resist coming back two days in a row! The freshly baked croissant was incredibly crisp, aromatic, and not at all greasy. The French toast was also exceptionally tasty. I was intrigued by the unique combination with watermelon, which I had never seen before, but surprisingly, the sweet watermelon paired perfectly with the dish. It's definitely worth making a special trip to indulge in their breakfast offerings!

If you're in search of a special breakfast experience, I highly recommend this restaurant. Whether you're dining solo or with friends and family, it promises a delightful culinary journey. I'm already looking forward to returning and exploring more of their astonishing dishes.

To the owner of La Fabrique,
Please consider using your cooks from the Chaweng (Lotus) location to observe and train the cooks in the Bang Rak location. I have lived on Samui for 6 years and every time I decide to have breakfast at the Bang Rak location I am always disappointed! The bacon is somehow burned but soggy, the sautéed potatoes are soaked in oil and soggy (this means the potatoes were put into cold oil first and then the pan was heated, instead of putting them into a hot pan with hot oil- a no-no) the coffee is routinely burned, the tomatoes aren’t grilled well and are pretty much also soaking in oil too and uncooked etc etc. I only eat breakfast at these restaurants so I can’t speak on the quality of lunch but I would imagine that if the breakfast quality at the Bang Rak location is not good then so will the lunch options. Btw the Chaweng location is alway perfect! Please…take my advice about cross training.

Incredible, I have been coming here for a bit and it’s amazing. The best bagel club I’ve had in my life.
The breakfasts are always perfect and can’t help but get a pastry or fresh bread as well.

If you haven't had breakfast there you screwed up something. The best place in Samui if you are a gluten fan. I can't resist of classic bread. If you ask them they will put to oven to make outside more crispy and inside hot and soft.

Freshly made crepes, pastries and breakfast. Dining on the porch or inside.

Very bad experience for the second time. Here you can get a tiny breakfast set at a cheap price but it’s really not worth it. The juice included is very low, bad quality, pain au chocolat is served cold and hard. The staff is rude, not welcoming at all, especially the girl at the counter. There are plenty of bakery nearby, I really don’t recommend this one.

4.5/5 — Nice cozy place to grab a quick breakfast. The pastries were great and everything was reasonably priced.

Breakfast sets were a bit sad, with each ingredient just placed on a plate “as is”, not much love in this kitchen) I’d recommend skipping these and simply ordering a pastry + hot drink.

This is the only place on the island where we were not welcomed with a smile. Actually our waitress did not even reply when we said Hi or asked where we could sit.

Maybe she had a bad day, or she simply doesn’t like working there? The sign at the register asking you to request your receipt after paying and reaching out to the “BOSS” (Yes, all in CAPS) unless you get it is shady… I wonder what it the back story behind it.

Great restaurant… Speedy service, big portions and friendly staff!

We stopped for breakfast on a Saturday morning and found that the service was excellent and the food came in really fast, I like many of the other restaurants and cafés that are opening up around Samui!
Excellent taste, and large portions as well!

Great place to stop off and get early morning coffee, croissants and pain au chocolate. Either eat on or take out, also their French bread is stunning.

Delicious baking, best on Koh Samui! They are a great place to grab a bite to eat to start the day

The food I ordered was delicious and fresh.
The mango and pineapple shake was also delicious. The waitress was a attentive and patient while we asked questions in regards to the different dishes and such. The single bathroom was clean and had soap (which is always a plus in my book).

Friendly little cafe with wide range of breakfast sets, delicious pastries and good coffee. Salads, too.
