Kohinoor Indian Restaurant reviews
46I had fish curry and chicken milk curry, which were super delicious, better than what I had in India. The price is a little expensive, but worth a try. After all, I will get tired of eating Thai food every day.
An authentic and very tasty Indian restaurant with friendly service located right in the center of the nightlife
Best Indian restaurant in koh samui. I stayed at bo phut beach and I had food here only daily for 3 days. Staff is super friendly the services are great
Best Indian food we’ve ever had, and we eat Indian food a lot. The spices in the curries are incredible, the rice cooked to perfection and the naan breads… seriously - you have to eat here! If you’re in Ko Samui definitely visit this place for dinner or lunch. 5 stars!
We have visited today and had the 2 people special offer for 590. The food was delicious, great spice and very generous portions! The staff were friendly and provided good service.
(The special offer wasn’t included in the menu so you might have to ask for it)
This is the best indian food on Koh Samui. Very happy they had gluten free and dairy free options for our group. Was able to order the butter chicken and chana masala! Both tasted amazing. We sat at a table by the street and were able to people watch and enjoy the ambience. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
It was ok but no sooner had we ordered than the food was served. Felt rushed but also had believe curries were cooked to order
We had a truly great meal here. Very good service too. Not the cheapest but well worth it. Beautifully cooked and presented. You really have to go there!
Amazing food!
Great service!
Been here twice now and, despite asking for no coriander (severe weird allergy I have!), had two dishes from the kitchen which defo contained coriander!
No questions asked. Dishes replaced immediately (hope no one got it too much trouble!) and were delicious!
I highly recommend this place as the food really is delicious and the owners and staff polite and accommodating.
We will be back!
Our favourite Indian Food restaurant in this area both for dining in and take out. Reasonable protons and pricing. Always good service and flavour.
Try the onion nan!
If you want to eat in a place with a nice and friendly staff, come here. Delicious food, served quickly. Very good price. I would definitely come back here to eat.
Welcome, if didn’t vomit long ago, these guys knocked three out four of us out the other day, (bingo, good strike) though tasty, must admit
Mediocre tandoori chicken, excellent dhal and Nan breads.
BE WARNED do not order bottles of water 80 baht for two small bottles.
Absolutely splendid!
All food was just amazing and service very very delicate!
Got a great advice from the staff how to set the flavors in my order.
Very cozy establishment)
Food was very good, however not all the dishes were authentic enough. Generally recommended to visit
Fabulous restaurant. I had the tandoori main with pilau rice, father in law had the lamb madras.big portions so beware
Had a wonderful meal here tonight-friendly staff food was excellent, we had a starter to share -vegetable pakora, never had spinach pakora in the vegetable mix before but it was delicious-came with two sauces -the green with a hint of spice and the red which was sweet, perfect accompaniment! My husband had Paneer Tikka Masala which wasn’t on the menu but they were able to do -spiced to personal preference. I had Prawn Karahi, medium spice which was absolutely delicious-spicy as a Jalfrezi so perfect! Humm was cancelled out with two scoops of strawberry ice cream -heathen I know but it was so good with frozen strawberry purée swirled through Highly recommended and as we have another 3 nights we will definitely be back!
Highly recommend this restaurant. We felt like a good Indian curry tonight after several months in Thailand. The service was exceptionally friendly and accomodating of changes to the set menu we chose tonight. We loved the food and the setting. Large portions so we couldn’t even eat it all! No extra taxes but right in amongst the Fisherman’s Village action. Would definitely go back.
Friendly service and tasty food. Not as cheap as local food but not expensive either, worth every baht. If I wanted Indian food on Samui again I would come back here for sure.
Superb food and lovely friendly staff and very competitive on price for the area which has some overpriced places due to its popularity and location but this place keeps it real with good portions and good prices.
We went there twice during our stay nearby and loved both meals
